Very nice room. Clean. Pillows pretty unimpressive but I brought my own, so they weren’t an issue. I would have been uncomfortable 😣 f I had to use them. I’ll stay here again!

Hotel was great. However, if you book an adaptable room for nice handbars in bathroom, bath chair, and open area to move around, you need to be in a wheelchair. Our room was on the top floor at the last door from the elevator.

It was evident that the management is working hard to maintain and spruce up the place. We wished they had a guest laundry... We had to use the coin-op in town.

It was ok but too expensive for this type of property. Breakfast was minimal selection of hot food and average quality. Beds were comfortable but could hear various noises throughout the night

At the time it was under construction. A/C was noisy. Otherwise good.

The shower took forever to drain and there was hair in the sink and toilet. The stopper in the tub was broken.

The property was very clean & quiet. The kids liked the pool (it was a bit cold) & they had bananas at breakfast. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable.

I booked a room from Tues-Sun and there were 2 rolls of single ply toilet paper, both were 3/4 used, not a good look.

Staff was friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Location was within walking distance of the winery we were visiting.

The breakfast sucked. My husband who eats anything looked at the food and walked away. Out toilet seat every time you say on it you felt like you were going to fall on the ground. When we got in our room there was no toilet paper. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable

Great stay. My wife dropped her wallet during checkout and we called the hotel in a panic. They had it and held it for an hour until we came back for it.

We came as a getaway. We enjoyed the pool. But otherwise spent our entire time in the room and we were not bothered by anyone. The breakfast provided options to eat gluten free.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast was what you’d expect at chain hotel. Hot items were hot, cold ones were cold. We were happy with our stay.

Excellent hotel! Seems recently updated. Our room was very clean. Was an easy walk to the wineries. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!

Staff would not give me a receipt with the price I was charged- blaming my online registration. They said I used a one time card but I actually used an account I have had since 1985. Very argumentative- talking down to me. (the woman mocked me when I said I am a therapist with 4 college degrees, which I am) The customer is definitely not right at this place.
