Good location, beautiful hotel

Great location, great staff, really good food in the morning , great coffee options, rooms were very clean and the patio was very huge space to relax and tan, pool with view was beautiful.

Hotel was Beautiful and staff was very friendly and attentive things I did not like were Their missed representation of the porter fees. Website from their hotel states about $5 per bag however the hotel charges a direct $20 per bag regardless of the size. Showers were also very small and poor drainage with a sewer smell.

The property is quiet and from the back terrace or pool area, completely relaxing. But what makes this property so amazing is the staff - ACROSS the board pleasant and proactive!!

Great location, close enough to the main square but tucked away from the noise. The hotels have great views. Staff was very attentive!

The hotel was excellent! Some rooms very cozy but clean! Beds, linens and towels very nice! Antonio the Day Manager was very hospitable and catered to every want and needs! The staff took care of coordinating all activities. Communication was above board! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Antonio for making our Capri experience memorable. Ciao

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Floridiana. The service was exceptional! We were greeted with a complimentary drink on the beautiful balcony as soon as we arrived. Staff made every effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Food, pool, and room were excellent.

We had a magical stay at La Floridiana. Absolutely everything about the service and experience was well thought out. I informed them the night before our stay that I would be proposing to my now-fiancée somewhere on the island. They treated her like royalty, upgraded our room, and even gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine. Our hostess Giuliana was incredible and took care of our luggage transport to and from our ferry. She even made dinner reservations on our behalf. Incredible. Definitely going back!

They upgraded our room at no extra charge and staff was absolutely delightful!!

Great staff and fantastic location

The hotel was very nice but the best part was the staff. So very helpful and friendly. From breakfast to evening they were there to help. Would stay there again if I ever get back to Capri.

Part of the hotel was a building site. Breakfast was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Evening restaurant was basic and not attractive and empty. Disappointing.

Service was EXCELLENT! The service was so good it was the reason why we kept extending our stay. This hotel is lucky they have such great staff especially Claudia. Reception upgraded us to an amazing suite for our anniversary for free which had a hot tub and much larger than the room we had to begin with. I am beyond thankful for that. The hotel is also in PERFECT location. Definitely use the porter service though. Free breakfast in the morning was fantastic, a lot of options and great service once again. I will like to add some things that management should be mindful on - The bathtub and shower are together and it does NOT drain. We couldn’t feel clean from this. - The water in the bathroom smells like complete backup sewage (we had to open our doors up to let fresh air in) - Rooms really need an upgrade - TV only had 3 shows in English, they advertise for smart TV. You can connect to your music on your phone but not Netflix, Hulu, etc. - We were on the 1st floor and the WiFi did not work in our room. Was such a disruption because we couldn’t make business calls and also had to go on the patio to get internet to work I know things sounds kinda bad but it wasn’t horrible and we would come back here. However, really work on fixing these things and you would have a perfect hotel.

The property is Amazing and the staff is very friendly. There is of lot of walking so get comfortable shoes. Getting there can be hectic if you travel from Amalfi (ferry can be cancelled due to weather). The ferry Caremar can take you from Napoli. Once there, you can take the funicular. Tickets can be purchase about one block to the right.

This property is incredible. It is beautiful, high class, and simple all the same. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an incredible room that had a massive bathroom. The entire room was covered in italian tile that my girlfriend loved. Claudia at the front desk and the pool bar guy were fantastic. Incredible views looking at the backside of Capri. I will say it is towards the back of Capri. Definitely take a taxi to Capri (easiest way from the port) and then I carried our luggage there. I used a service that Claudia had set up for me to take the luggage directly to our ferry on the way out. Worked like a charm.

We absolutely loved this property and the service here. It was close enough to the shopping but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. Service was excellent! Andrea and the team in the restaurant were super helpful, friendly, pleasant and paid attention to all of the details. I would stay here again.

Beautiful room, beautiful view and very nice location. Having an on-site garage for our vehicle was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a perfect location, just down from the main shopping street. The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you and make your trip truly memorable. Remember no taxes go to any of the hotels, they will leave you at the bus stop, so don’t waste your money, leave your luggage with porter and take the fenicular and now find your hotel, that easy.
