Desk clerk did not know what CDC vaccination card was and we had to explain. Otherwise hotel was a great value for the money.

Ok, I don’t tend to be this person, but the breakfast was Amazing!!! The room was fantastic, clean, well sized and comfortable; but the breakfast...WOW. Across from a gorgeous beach, nice without being pretentious and a super yummy breakfast- stay here.

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Cristallo. The property is immaculate, customer service was great and the restaurant served great food and they treated you on a personal level every time you dined. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I was there with my wife. We loved the place in all aspects except I can't say much about the beach because we didn't use the facility (because we can't be in the sun) but it appeared to be nice and clean. We noticed people from a different country and according to their staff they're expecting a lot of people in the coming months.

This hotel was amazing, especially for the price. The location can't be beat. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and beautiful. I would come back here in a heartbeat, and I recommend it for business, family, or a romantic getaway.

Wifi was a bit hit and miss and the hairdryer switch took some finding, behind the towels on the radiator, but for the price excellent stay. Good breakfast, quality bed linen, friendly staff, free parking all made for a great weekend.

Checked in and were given a room type below the category we had paid for. Went down to front desk to explain and the lady at reception said that is all she had. The hotel was 10% full at most! it was a midweek stay in October. When I pushed and said you are completely booked? She rolled her eyes and opened her computer and then tried to upsell me another room. When I told he we were not willing to pay more, she bargained her price down by 15 bucks. At first saying there us nothing she can do and two minutes later we are bargaining for the room price. Very disappointing. Rooms were small, old furniture and outdated. You could hear everything, traffic, the restaurant downstairs and people walking the halls and walking in their room. Worst night of sleep. Only positive if this place was the breakfast and waitresses in the breakfast area, such nice and sweet staff. I would not recommend, go somewhere else.
