Beds smelled disgusting, like musty.
The beds had ZERO support. As soon as my kids would lay ( 4 & 7) the mattress would sink.
The AC was terrible! I called in to get it fixed, and I was told it would work. Never did. I would never stay here for the amount of money they charge. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

The A/C in the room didn't work. The first they sent the maintenance guy 4 times, and it didn't work, the next day no A/C at all. They said the A/C wasn't working at all. The view was amazing, the front desk, the restaurant, the pool area people, they were all friendly and fast service.

AC did not work. We got moved 2 times to different rooms and all AC did not work. At the balcony the reals were loose. Scary to lean on it.

Too crowded, elevator didn’t work,, valet parking needs more personnel, other than that, is a good hotel in an excelente location.

It’s well kept and everyone was so nice! The surrounding areas are still under development but this one is ready. Definitely will be returning

I understand the city went through a CAT 5 Hurricane in November 2023.
The only issue to address is the A/C.
Tourists will not be confortable with an average temperature of 78 degrees. You must push the issue until you get a room with proper working A/C.
Having said that, you MUST keep doors, sliding doors and curtains closed CORRECTLY at all times for your A/C to reach proper temperature (71° to 73°), if you do your part; your room will cool down properly.

Great shape for just a few months after the hurricane. Beach front is beautiful, price was reasonable. Elevators were not working well and staff was a little slow but friendly

We enjoyed our stay even though the property is still under renovation due to hurricane. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The beach view from our room balcony was beautiful.

Bad customer service in the front desk. I called to report that A/C doesn't work. They send maintenance to fixed but not. I went to the front desk and they give me bad attitude. I heard they said it's a Expedia. Again they send another to fix the A/C the maintenance person don't not fixed. Around 2am I went Again to front desk and heard they said it's Expedia. They tried to send Again maintenance I told them to change me to another room. Look like they don't wants to give different rooms.

The amenities were great. The hotel recovered well after Hurricane Otis. There is more work to be done, but they are doing a great job. I enjoyed the private infinity pool area. It was quiet for adults. We drank, had food, read our books, and laughed a lot. I highly recommend this infinity pool area. The buffet breakfast was well done.
Overall a great 2 nights and 2 days stay.

10 out of 14 days there was NO HOT Water . They did have a hurricane in November however the reopened the 15th of December .
The sad thing is you were not informed at check- in and led to believe by staff , whom were either missed informed or misled , that it was a very temporary condition due to a boiler malfunction.
Pool restrooms had no toilet seats and most sinks were inoperable.
Been a guest here 40 plus times since 1980 .
