We had to go wash the sheets before sleeping in the bed. I think because we had a service animal we were given a corner room that wasn’t very nice.

We had a meeting at West Point and all the hotels were very expensive. We were travelling back to NJ pretty late and found this motel on hotels.com by the Woodbury Commons for $$. The front desk person was nice and accommodating, the room was very clean and updated. The bed sheets were crisp white and clean, a flat screen, very nice bathroom, outlets by bed, fridge, blow dryer. There was no coffee maker but coffee in lobby(ice too). A diner was close by and so was lots of shopping.

The place was rundown and needed to be updated. Not what you would expect for a $200 per night hotel. I would classify this more as a budget motel. Very disappointing to say the least

A lot of stains on bedding: mattress protector, pillows, blankets. Bath rug had stains. Expected us to do the work ( bring soiled bedding to office & pick up new bedding). They did end up bringing us new items. Phone to dial front desk don't work.

The room was newly renovated so everything was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby. I'd stay here again anytime.

Rooms are under renovation. Towels were sparse and very thin. One small bar of hand soap and no tissues were available. There was no complimentary breakfast. Coffee and tea were apparently available but the office isn’t open until after 7am and we had to leave by 6:30am. The parking lot smelled like weed. It was okay for just the one night.

One night stay: Satellite TV was out. Wifi reception was poor. No cold water came out of the bath sink faucet, only hot water. A/C unit barely got the room cool. Shower drain was clogged and water filled up the shower floor quickly. Standing water in shower flowed to the edge of shower with a replaced floor tile, so kept wondering if the room below's ceiling leaked. Very few electric outlets, poorly placed. Not a single closet.

The room was terrible, stains on the bedding, we found a hair on the pillow and the furniture was all scratched and used. There was spider webs on the chair followed by finding a spider and for the cherry on the cake there was a centipede on the wall. The walls were black and molded with a disturbing smell that came out of every room and reception area. We had to leave the property due to the poor conditions and unsanitary conditions.

The price is fair, and near the Woodbury outlet shopping center. The bed linens have soap detergent smell, the room has a bit musty smell, probably due to summer humidity. Other than these, everything else is good. Given by the price, no complaints.

When I got there they gave me the key for the wrong room. I opened the door and there were two people sleeping. When I got back to the office, they asked me where I got the key. From YOU. Where else? For the bed, they used a metal base instead of a wood base. Every time I turned it would squeak. Towels were on the bed there wasn't really a place to put them. Whomever designed these layouts should be fired. Probably the worst placed I've ever stayed in.

I was nicely surprised when I arrived. I didn’t expect much because of the price, after a long trip with expensive hotels I just booked a cheaper inn because we were just using this inn for a sleep on a way to home. But the place was very nice and room clean and the bathroom looked like it was renovated. The shower knob was broken but I was able to get the water out thought. Clean room, comfortable bedding bright interior and well working a/c. Also the lady at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come around here and need a place for a night or two.

Upon arrival no one was at the front desk, I do have to say I arrived around 9pm, I heard laughter and talking behind the front desk counter, although I made a few attempts of calling them out no one heard, so I had to call them on the phone, and then someone came to the front lol. The room was average, dusty but somewhat clean, the bathroom had a musty smell and it was average clean. bed was comfortable, and it was a quiet night, no unruly or noisy people. In conclusion, the room was clean, but smelled a bit like curry, it was an average stay for the money. I have to emphasize that the beds were super comfortable

Good place to rest on a long road trip. Clean, comfortable, safe and very conveniently located near amenities including shopping at Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. Good value for money for short one night stay. Front desk staff were polite and accommodating especially as we arrived quite late for check-in.

Positives: beds were comfy, floor is new and air conditioning was working fine.
Negatives: walls were dirty, hair on the bathroom walls, the bath drain was clogged, the bath drape had mold at the bottom. There was dust everywhere, like it wasn't dusted in a month. Musty smell.
