The building is impressive. The exhibits were very interesting. Had lunch here and the food was above average for a museum. The garden area was quaint and finding live animals was a nice surprise.

A wonderful hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the food was delicious and many choices for shopping were all within walking distance. I will stay here again when I travel to DR.

I didn’t like that I paid for a room and when I got there they didn’t even have a room that I paid for and give me a small room without windows and a small bed and I paid for a king size room

I like when the hotel's driver pick us up us from the airport , friendly staff, staff always there for our need. The restaurant have delicious food with a reasonable price. My wife and had a wonderful time in the casino. Love this place, I will be back on January 2025. I do recommend Hodelpa Centro Plaza.

My only complaint is that they only gave you one bottle of complimentary water - you had to buy bottles at the bar if you wanted more. BUT it was a beautiful hotel, the staff was lovely, and everything was super clean!

Overall very nice hotel.. the food at the restsurant is vey good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The employees always have a smile and are very pleasant and helpful.The taxi service at the hotel is excellent, especially Victor. Will stay at the hotel again. Location is very convenient.
