It was a very nice hotel. The staff was excellent and friendly.

Beautiful and surprisingly quiet hotel. The lobby is lovely and comfortable. Restaurant food very good. My room was large comfortable and very quiet. Close to train station. A real find in Tralee.

Perfect spot when staying in tralee

Location - unloading cases can be an issue if traffic is busy. But it’s manageable. Parking is also an issue.

This was a charming hotel and the fact that it had a restaurant/bar was a plus. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cute stay in the center of towne. Loved the pub in the hotel with really awesome food and drinks. Best part is the breakfast inclusion.

The location was great. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. When we returned from dinner in the evening, the bartenders at the pub downstairs were most helpful in planning our excursion for the next day. The room was clean and quiet.

A huge revamp on the hotel.

Great room rate for my one night business trip. I have used this hotel previously and had no hesitation using it again. Very friendly greeting on arrival. Hotel room was spotless. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. My favourite hotel in Tralee.

Lady at desk on arrival was less than enthusiastic and somewhat dismissive. Bin in bathroom had not been emptied and doors in other rooms could be heard banging loudly regularly as other guests were closing them. This may be due to issues with the door closing too quickly and could be a health and safety hazard. On a bright note, food was excellent!

There was a slight problem on arrival and our reservation had been overlooked. However Pauline on reception was magnificent in finding an immediate solution and placed us in the nearby ‘Rose Hotel’ that surpassed our expectation. 5* customer service from what had been our hotel of choice in the very centre of Tralee

Exceptional hospitality from ‘check in’ to checking out !

Everythinhcabout Benners was great from the minute we arrived. We were quite late checking in but managed to order some food (went with the special - surf and turf. It was special. Melt in the mouth beef!). The staff at Benners are fantastic but special mention has to go to Pauline on reception. She is a gem and Benners are privileged to have her. Delighted we managed to get a room here for our weekend break. We'll 100% be back.

A true bargain! When was I booking it I was a bis suspicious, because it was very low price. Although, when I arrived all of my doubts were gone straight away! Staff was super friendly and helpful, interior of the reception is warm and cosy, location very close to a town centre which is really great. Hotel had no parking, but literally behind the building was public parking where was plenty of space and looked like a super safe place to leave a car. Room was very clean and bright, no noise from outside or other rooms. I will definitely come back there for a longer stay next time and would recommend to do so for everyone if you looking some place around.

The staff at the hotel are some of the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

Location and cleanliness of the place was excellent. Only issue was that there was message in the mirror in the bathroom saying that the tap water was unsafe for drinking which meant we had to use our own water.

While a little dated, this unique property was clean, comfortable and a great value for the price. We were pleasantly surprised.

Nice hotel friendly staff. Got a meal in the hotel was also very nice. . Rooms were fine. Nice location. Was a small bit of noise from late bar across the road but didn't really bother me. Would stay again
