Good and clean. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Just a little loud as far as freeway noise and doors opening and closing throughout the night.

It appears the older Hotel was recently remodeled. I didn't like the bright white lights in rooms and halls which makes it seem cold and lacks atmosphere. It appears they forgot to remodel the old tub. Should take them out and put in a shower or new tubs. The beds were comfortable. There was a hole in the wall with exposed wires which needs covering. The hotel is very challenging to get to due to congested area 1 way streets ,and lack of signage to enter.You had to go through a fast food restaurant parking lot to get to it.We drove around several times trying to get to a entrance.

We had stayed in San Marcos Laquinta and we paid less for the newer laquinta. This one was older but decent. The staff were super sweet and helpful. I did enjoy my time in New Braunsfel staying here but the price should have been better.

The room was over priced for the conditions, The room window's shade had what looked a chocolate stain on it and the bathroom shower area was disgusting, the elevator made this load noise, went to breakfast they ran out food and the table had some kind of sticky substance on it , I will not stay here again.

In my request for needing a shower chair in my room was not received by the hotel and couldn’t provide this service. So I went through a day without showering and cleaning up. Being a handicap person this is not a good situation. They blamed your company for this misunderstanding, and I should think I am. Do I refund from you because of this miscommunication. It makes me wonder if to continue using Hotels.com who I’ve had a great relationship over the years it just deal directly with the hotel I would like feedback from you and Credit for my expenses at the hotel.

The lady at check in was super nice! The property is very clean with plenty of parking. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, everyone slept great. It’s only a 7 min drive to downtown. Breakfast in the morning was decent. Would recommend.

Pool and hot tub were so nasty and the jets didnt work and it was lukewarm..i complained and they closed it for 2 hrs the next day and fixed it...they dont take out the trash at the entrance. It was piled up so high and falling

I liked the pool area .I also enjoyed the food as well. One thing I did not like was that are hotel room shower was not working properly for 2 days.I also think they should check the elevators fully.

A front desk worker named Carmen, went above and beyond to help us. She is EXCELLENT. Our car broke down and had to be towed away to another city and we had to get a rental car. She really helped us.

Clean, friendly and close to attractions. We stayed here before heading to Schlitterbahn. I think the thing we enjoyed the most was a nice breakfast. It has been awhile since we stayed at a hotel with a good breakfast. So way to go on the breakfast.

Property was great only thing was refrigerator wasn’t cooling correctly and we reserved for 5 people and only had 4 set of towels in the room. Internet was not good.

The lobby TV was showing news channels not available in the rooms. Perhaps connect the lobby TV to the same cable provider used for the rooms. Also, a channel guide would be nice. We spent a lot time searching through cable channels, in our room, only to discover, that a local news station was not an option

For some reason the alarms on the nightstands were all set to 6 am 😒 my neighbor’s alarm went off for 10 MINUTES!! Our clock was off by 20 minutes so after getting comfortable from the first alarm ending, ours started going off. Also, I could hear everything!! From people walking around the halls to doors shutting. I got woke up a countless number of times from outside noises. And then when I walked down the hall in the morning to get coffee, I just heard more alarms. The breakfast was good and the coffee pretty good.
When I booked the room through the website, I selected a different room then was given to me as well 😒 which was extremely annoying because I had to have my 2 kids sleep on the bed with my husband and I

Really dirty and stinks ! Elevator squeaks alot sounds and feels like it’s gonna break down . Our room was right next to the elevate all night we could hear the squeaky of the elevator . Our view from our room was horrible and sketchy could see the hotel next to us and looks like people live there and really dirty . . Our room stunk and really dirty looks like they didn’t even clean it especially the restroom . Really dirty and loud

Dirty, not very comfortable. It was a place to sleep so it did its job, not worth the price though.
