- Keycards are reused and not rotated. Security concern as anyone could keep one and open your room.
- door locks borderline do not function. We’ve been locked out of our room several times.
- AC broken in our first room
- Fridge broken in our first room
- Door lock didn’t open 90% of the time in our first room
- Door lock didn’t open 50% of the time in our second room
- Door lock didn’t work at all on one keycard on our THIRD room
- Keycards have to be reprogrammed daily
- Several receptionists had bad attitude
- Receptionist refused to speak to me in English. I can speak Spanish ok but English preferred. So either she is not qualified for the position or was being ignorant in purpose.
- Blinds do not shut entirely
- Blind “rod” kept coming unhooked
- Bathroom door doesn’t latch/stay closed in our second room
- Sewage smell in bathrooms in 3 rooms
- Electrical outlet pulled away from wall in first room. Safety risk.
- Front desk staff argumentative and rude. Kitchen staff great.
- parking lot guard rude, and tried to argue and intimidate my family. My family was scared he was going to hurt them.
Avoid at all costs.

It’s a fair place for your money. We went to a wedding and was the perfect place to spend the night. The only thing that they were missing was the hair conditioner.

They accommodated our request to watch the Super Bowl in their common area. The pool was nice and clean.

The property is located in a safe area and very convenient to shopping centers. Overall, the property needs to work on their appearance. It is very outdated. The staff was very rude, unprofessional, and the food was OK one of the servers that appeared to be the supervisor or when picking up our plate set a comment about our leftovers. I told him we did not like well. We have left and he said a smart comment about it. Also we were all getting over charge on our breakfast which day, correct When I pointed out the overcharge we constantly had to call for towels, toilet paper, etc. I won’t be staying again

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. It was a quiet area and the hotel has a gate entrance that is opened by staff member. You also need your hotel card to open the area that leads to the rooms. It also provides free parking. There is a restaurant where you can eat that’s part of the hotel. I don’t have any complaints. I do want to add that I accidentally left my child’s blanket on our last day when we checked out. We hadn’t realized we left it. But the next, I called to see if they had it there. The maid found it and returned to the front desk. Since I was back home already a family member was able to pick it up from them. We really appreciated the staff for holding on to it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Casa Francisco!

The premises were very beautiful and the on property food was good -not amazing, but more than acceptable.

Everything was great except there were no coffee cups in room, although a coffee pot was provided. Also open air restaurant, so birds could get on the fresh breakfast rolls. However, we still really liked the place. Very nice people.

Located not to far from old downtown 15 min away by car. Quiet neighborhood near to Sandborn's which is a restaurant, book and drugstore store.
Hotel rooms are clean, roomy,
with comfy beds and pillows. I will recommend to stay here. I paid 60.00 per night.

The property was relatively clean. Towels and bath mat had a slight yellowish tinge.
Floors seemed clean but were clearly deteriorate.
The restaurant was decent but unimpressive.
I did not spend much time in the hotel so I could live with these issues.

Great location, walk to the corner to Sanborns for breakfast or dinner. Staff very helpful and polite. Good rooms, gym needs a little work, running machines out of order and dated.

The area of this hotel was very accesible to any touristic area in Cuernavaca. The parking was easy you can park anywhere in the gated area, with security surveillance 24/7. The downfalls were that the whole staff is very mosey any sound you make you’ll have them at your door and people will think you’re causing an argument which doesn’t allow you to even crack a joke at night due to the staff being immediately at your door. This is before the noise ordinance hours too. The casino is next door too which was fun and a two minute walk.
