This hotel never told us they flooded and the elevator was broke. This hotel is obe and done

The staff was amazing. The hotel flooded due to Hurricane Milton. All hotel workers worked hard to evacuate patrons. We only stayed a day and a half of our 3 day stay.

Even though the circumstances for our stay was due to an evacuation, this was a very comfortable place to stay, the room was spacious, and the front staff accommodating. Good location also.

I kept getting woken up by sounds of moving furniture & banging sounds in the room above me. Parking is real tight. Other than that the room was clean & the staff was courteous.

Enjoyed our short stay here. Will come again. Loved the walk in shower. Housekeeping gave excellent service. Only complaint was no microwave in breakfast area and no all day coffee.

Bed sheets were filthy and smelled bad, (like eggs) and had stains on them, and then I saw a roach crawling on my bed. When I called for new sheets, the new fresh sheets were stained as well. I felt the place was very unclean.

The hotel is way over due for a remodel. Very outdated. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was dirty, there were stains in the the toilet seat and in the bathroom.

This hotel is pet friendly which was very bad for me. Right across the hall were two dogs that had loud barks at: 9 PM, 11 PM, 1 AM and 3 AM which woke me up every time. I woke up more tired than when I went to bed. This maybe a good business policy for Quality Inn to increase income. It is a bad policy for anyone who stays at the Inn.

The stay was fine, property well lit, no problem. Just that the bed cover was not clean, several stains on it. The sheets were clean, but the cover was ewww!

Pros: Clean and serviceable.
Cons: In need of renovation, in rooms as well as common areas. Entire place smelled of disinfectant or some other cleaner. Our room had a leaking faucet as well as no way to lock the bathroom door.
Other: If you like soft beds, you're in luck because I don't think they get any softer. Personally, I don't like soft beds, so I view this as a con.

Upon arrival, we encountered a disheveled man with poor dirty clothing, barefoot and disheveled hair looking for his room. The front desk clerk told him to "go to your room". When I asked if this was the "norm" for the hotel, she said no before preceding to tell us that they found him asleep upstairs in the hallway. I completely felt unsafe. Then she told us that the rooms were only cleaned every two "maybe three" days. Once we got to the room it was very dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. There was debris in the corners of the room and I found a pubic hair on the sheets of my bed. Cobwebs throughout. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again

Stay at Zephyrhills Quality inn had a wonderful kind woman at the desk! At sarasota was a kiosk that if i ever walk into a hotel again and see i will turn around and walk right back out! What a pain it was!!

This hotel is worn out and filthy. Toilet was loose from the floor, live bug in the room, nasty floors. You have to take your linens to the desk daily for fresh and they only clean every four days.
