The room was not worth $400 for the night. The pictures online portrayed a very different room. The fridge had rust on the front of the doors, top to bottom. The toilet made a loud ongoing noise that kept us awake throughout the night. The tv was small. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room. There wasn’t an alarm clock. There wasn’t any ports to plug mobile devices into. The shower drizzled water, no water pressures. It was a stripped down plain room. Very disappointed for the cost.

It's a refugee camp. Dont stay here unless you are a criminal alien. Luckily nobody at this hotel can read this because they don't speak English. If you want to stay here, just cross the border illegally and stay for free.

I did not like that we had to trade in our towels, and they ran out. Morning front desk was very good, but some staff, if you could find them were rude. Property is dirty and overun with illegal aliens staying there.

Non smoking room smells like cigarettes and the constant smell of fresh cigarette smoke all night from the ventilation or rooms close by. It is very clear that people are living in the rooms full time. People don’t usually have house plants in the windows or decorations hanging in the window when they stay overnight at a hotel. “Queen” bed was a full size mattress and the tv didn’t turn on. Worst part was the cigarette smell.

Front desk was unoccupied and I waited for about 10 minutes for desk clerk to show up. Another guest knew to find the employee in the break room. Finally went hunting for someone. Floor of my room was coated with a sticky substance.

The remote was broken, the tub was clogged, rooms are cleaned every 10 days according to the receptionist, the payment system has a delay because of poor internet connections.

This property appeared to be a longer term housing facility for the unhoused population.

Run down hotel, but was clean. Bed’s uncomfortable, unfriendly check in person, no amenities.

It was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Queen bed with only 3 pillows, asked for another one, they said they didn't have any. No ice machine. The floors were slippery and dirty dust bunnies on the floor. Had to wash my feet in the morning just to put my shoes on. Electrical outlet in bathroom did work.

The bathroom was in poor condition the shower curtain was improperly mounted so water all over the floor. No coffee in the room or glasses. Bed was very uncomfortable. Coffee in lobby was crap and no milk.

It wasn’t bad for the price. The room was cute and clean. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had a leak and wasn’t finished being repaired. What I didn’t like was the people loitering around outside of the building. Made it seem unsafe.

For $210 we get a freezing cold room with no comforter. A bed frame with a mattress and a cheap blanket to go with it. Kitchen area full of rust and corrosion. Not happy at all and questioning why this place is charging $210 a night?

I did not stay I checked out shortly after checking in. The smoke free hotel stunk like smoke and I am allergic. Terrible conditions. Hotel used as a migrant shelter. Open Drug and alcohol use Dirty Dirty Dirty.

I had reserved a non-smoking room with two beds and they were not able to provide that for me upon checking, stating they did not have any available and instead gave me one king bed. We had three people in our room and had to go out of our way to purchase an air mattress.

Asked 2 times for room service, room was not serviced in over 9 days… refrigerator had to be replaced, water all over the floor, ppl smoking, staff smoking, kind of a weird dynamic, continental breakfast coffee had different sized cups that were very small as opposed to the previous day, condiments ran out quickly, no sugar packets, front desk had to order from Amazon, wouldn’t stay here again, fire alarm went off although we were pre-warned… not the best not the worst, it just wasn’t a professional experience to be enjoyed… checked out 1 day early

Rooms could be cleaner, I wouldn’t consider them pet safe. Service was great though, he let us try another room but unfortunately we felt the same way. A refund was given.
