The stay was pleasant not very many people however my mom still won a lot of money on the slot machines

This hotel is dated, and it shows. Super smoky casino floor. Staff were ok, nothing stellar.

No coffee pot,tv on a shelf to low to see from bed. Curtains wouldn’t close. Floors had holes in carpet and smell of cigarette smoke overwhelmed the room.

There was no cable the entire night and morning I stayed at this hotel. I was not made aware of this upon check in which was very frustrating. I understand some things are out of the hotels control but again no transparency when checking in. I called ot speak with the manager in the morning and was told there was nothing they could do.. not even a breakfast comp or anything! I had my child with me so as you can imagine it was difficult keeping her entertained through the stay. I was also told they were unaware it was a provider issue until awhile after my check in which is not true. Right when I got to my room and noticed no cable I called down to the front desk and the lady was well aware and just told me to call back at 8am when the manager arrived. Very unprofessional!

First room was absolutely filthy massive dust on the headboards, desk and dresser. Broken plastic pieces on the floor. Room had a bad musty smell. The restaurants ib the little casinos had run out of most foods and suggested not to order any fried foods due to not heibg cooked in a fryer but the microwave. The general store also ran out of hot foods.The 2nd room was somewhat better, cleaner. There were holes in the curtains, the TV was 20 years old and only got maybe 6 channels which maybe 4 came in clear. We are extremely disappointed in our stay we almost just went home after our 1st night but since I paid $183 we decided to stick it out. We will not be back at this hotel casino nor will we refer anyone to it.

Nice location located on the river. Easy walk to other properties and dinning.

Tv was small and low, could not see from the bed. No outlet near bed to plug in phone.

Everything was fine….missed the excellent restaurant that had been there and was closed.
