The hotel has a good location for the castle, the old town centre and many restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and our room was very quiet. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Perfectly located in the centre of a small town, hotel a bit dated but still in good shape. Free underground parking at the hotel itself. Breakfast with limited choice but good enough. Good restaurant and bar. Very close to few restaurant and nice pub.

Accommodations were adequate, but very clean. The restaurant meal was so delicious and the waiter couldn't have been more helpful with our weary group of nine. Prices seemed outrageous, and then we found out it was very normal for Switzerland! The breakfast was good, but less abundant than other hotels we visited.

Nice, if dated, hotel in the lovely little town of Lenzburg. The "family room" we had was just two interconnected rooms, which was fine. Beds a bit hard, and no A/C but they provided fans. Good breakfast, and very attentive service by the staff. Overall a good stay, no major issues.

I stayed here a couple of months ago while working in Lenzburg and can't fault the hotel. The staff were very welcoming during check in and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The free beer and drinking water in the minibar is a nice bonus. I did not use the restaurant but the breakfast was good quality. It is located in the old-town close to the castle with several restaurants and a good Irish pub nearby, and the train station is about 15 minutes walk away.
I left my Kindle in my room when I checked out and the staff were kind enough to have it shipped back to me Germany, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to Michelle and Cornelia, who were the two front office staff I was in contact with.

Nice hotel right in the center of town. Breakfast is really good. The only downside is the parking garage is a very tight fit.

As usual the room and the staff was great. However being the holiday season they host a lot of parties. This makes for horrible parking, quite a bit of extra noise and a forest fire worth of smoke to walk through at the main entrance.

Very pleasant stay in Lenzburg. Reception staff was excellent in allocating the rooms and sorting out a minor problem. Garage requirements were more than adequate and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast menu catered for almost every taste and fresh scrambled eggs were served by friendly, willing staff. We will be back.

Great location, close to Autobahn. Hotel staff is friendly and efficient. the restaurant has excellent menu choices and a great selections for breakfast.

We booked this hotel as all the Zurich hotels we had looked at were way too expensive. The money we saved enabled to rent a car and get out and about more than if we'd used a Zurich hotel. It was only a 30 minute drive to Zurich and the roads were fantastic - no jams like in the UK.
All the staff spoke perfect English and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast [huge, excellent buffet], garaged parking, WiFi were all included in the price.

I was there when they were celebrating the Youth Festival for two days in July. It was a good experience but till 2 AM the people were in the streets, drinking. So I could not sleep well.
