It was what to be expected for the nightly rate. They clean the rooms every 3rd day which we weren't informed of when we checked in, but other than that it was good.

Restroom was dirty… hair folicals in tub and sink and walls from previous customers. Walls inside bedroom had stains from food. Fridge barely kept items cool. As soon as we walked into lobby the smell of stale or old furniture or carpet. Facility needs to be upgraded.

Checked in and from desk made a photo copy of my credit card. No reason why. Defensive and aggressive when I asked if that was what he had done. I get it. I can't be the only one with an issue with this practice and the guy is probably abused, but the question took him to the nuclear response immediately - you don't have to stay here, it's our policy.
Apparently it's policy. I will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Room was not serviced during the stay. Had to ask for clean towels. Facility looks worn and needs a refresh. Guessing property isn’t profitable.

What's unique about this place is the pool is in a different area than usual.
What I didn't like was you could turn the handle on the hot water all the way over the hot and it would come out room temperature, you have to turn it straight-up-and-down to get hot water out.

There was no maid/housekeeping between nights of my stay. I also fou d what looked like a ball of hair on the floor in front of the closet. Breakfast eggs and sausage patties on Monday morning were cold andbasically flavorless.

There was no notice when booking that they were doing a roofing job there. Very limited parking as be entire side of the parking lot was blocked off. Extremely noisy!!! Starting beating and banging on the roof starting at 6:00am. I definitely will not book at this location again.

The front desk people were excellent. They were friendly and efficient despite technical difficulties. They were quick to help solve our need for new towels. Traveling with young children wasn't an issue for safety. I appreciated that even though the hotel was full, I was not bothered by noise. Directions are needed for the television. Tell me how to quickly get programming for children! There was an odor on the way to the pool and the pool is small...sadly it was later at night that we looked at it too and it didn't look open even though it was near 100 that day. We would stay here again when visiting family.

There are several good restaurants around this hotel. Two good spots for Mexican food are right in front and BBQ options only minutes away. The location made getting around easy thanks to its proximity to I-35. A Walgreens was just 5 minutes down the road for last minute needs.

The management canceled our reservation without notice. No phone call, email, smoke signal, nothing! We would not recommend this place out of principal. We flew half way across the US with our family to observe the eclipse and they left us stranded. Most likely to price gouge, my guess. I have so much negative feelings and words but this place is not worth it. Move on with another location to stay.

Walking into this property it was cute very ranch style gave a good impression. Walking into the room was very different. I had requested a non smoking room and could smell the odor of cigarettes as soon as the door opened. The receptionist could not get us into another room but was nice enough to let me use the deodorizer to spray the room. Went in to use the rest room and there was a ball of hair like someone went in trimmed their... hair, beard... whatever they trimmed they didnt clean up after. Although everything was folded and neat, unraveling the towels there was the same hair in 3 of the 4 towels we unfolded, hair on the shower wall and there was long dark hair in the sheets. Breakfast was included, but was it?? It was one of the smallest varieties i had seen and signs reading to please eat in the lobby. Would i go back? Probably not.
