DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS OR PICTURES!
I booked this property based on the positive reviews and nice pictures. They are lies. Paid for the room at the property and went to the room. On the way to the room, we saw a cat sitting in the window of one of the rooms. That was the first clue this establishment rents long term or week to week. When we got to the room, it was absolutely atrocious to put it mildly. The room stank to high heaven and the floor seemed like it had been flooded because the flooring was buckled throughout the room. I went immediately back to the front desk and told the attendant that the room was not going to work for us and requested a refund. The clerk was nice about it and refunded the room. While I was in the office, there was a woman that came in and asked to pay for her room for the week. That was the second clue it was a long term or week to week place. Not that there is anything wrong with that but it was a very nasty place. We left there and walked to the Holiday Inn that sits in front of this one and stayed there. A much better place albeit more expensive. Money well spent.

Property has gone down hill over the years.
Got to the hotel area. Semi parking. Laying in the truck waiting to check in and here noises outside. This is at 13:30. Daylight and 2 dudes are having a gun fight in the parking lot. You decide!!!

Worse service , i booked 2 rooms with hotels.com and the front agent was telling me that they only gave me one room amd that they had more rooms but not for the same price i paid so i agreed to check into the one room wit 5 of us and the room smelled like smoke and small and not clean so then i went to the front desk n checked out and had to get another hotel to accommodate the two rooms i needed. If your wit ur family especially kids i dont recommend this hotel at all

My review here will be only about the checked in process. Let me start by saying that I stay at this hotel after a long day at work. I arrived at the hotel at 2:20pm exhausted and I just wanted to do a quick checked in, however that was not the case. The lady on duty told me if I wanted to checked in before 3:00pm I needed to pay $30.00. I choose to wait in the car until 3:00. By the time I walk in to get the keys there was few people ahead me. It was definitely a bumpy checked in process. The lady who usually checked me in is an amazing employee, she and the younger guy are truly an asset to the company, I’m speaking about the white lady with blonde hair. She has an awesome personality.

I love that this is the first place to not charge for a pet! Your pet is your family thats how it should be! Was a little disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave as I am traveling with small children. It was impossible to get any sleep it sounded like the people upstairs were gonna fall through it was sonloud and didnt stop all night. The rates should be a little lower.

If you’re looking for luxury you won’t find it here. Most of the clientele are living here because they have pets and there is no pet fee. However I love it here, the people are nice, it’s clean and close to everything.

Close to the Disney parks without having to go through a ridiculous amount of traffic. Very reasonable price, comfortable bed and very comfortable air conditioning. The staff is excellent there as well!

I had a truly terrible stay here. The room A/C unit was extremely noisy and I came to realize in the middle of the night that even if it indicated 69 F, it was barely cooling at all. I was traveling solo and didn't feel safe leaving my room. Due to the defective and noisy AC unit, I was unable to sleep at all and walked into my work conference completely sleep deprived. It was so bad I cancelled my second night and moved to a different hotel.

My stay was nice! Clean room and comfortable bed. My only concern was that the bathtub is extremely slippery, I was holding on to the rail on the side while I was having a shower. Unable to relax worried about falling in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was very good.

This Hotel has been here over 40 years, the age shows, however we stay here often, we live in Fort Lauderdale, so this is a good get away.. Now, the staff is extremely nice, and the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable with nice "clean" bedding, and the price can't be beat. and directly across the street from Old Town !!

Our house wasn’t ready to move in for 2 1/2 weeks, so we stayed here. No extra pet fees the room was clean. Property was clean. Close to restaurants and old town.

The site says check in after three and any time after. If you check in after 4 am your reservation will be cancelled so this info is not correct. The staff was incredible. Some of the nicest staff I’ve ever dealt with. The room was very clean. However, the door wouldn’t shut completely which made our ac over run I’m assuming because it couldn’t cool the room. The remote didn’t work to the tv. The shower was very testy on whether it would work or not. Our room keys stopped working every single night and I had to walk to the front to get new ones (no I didn’t have it near electronic devices). An ambulance came every night to the back of the property for who knows what. Overall, I would stay here again due to the amazing staff trying to be helpful, and the fact it was clean. But we did not have a good experience this time for sure.
