Nicely situated, with plenty of free parking. Free breakfast is another addition that is greatly appreciated. The room was clean and pleasurable. We will consider the hotel if we come again.

Check-in was great. Chelsea was friendly and helpful. There was a fruit tray to welcome guests in the lobby. Room was clean and prepared well. Unfortunately I was in a room that faced the street. For some reason, don't know if every street facing room is like this, it sounded like my window was open, as in I could here every car driving by all night. I opened and closed the window twice to make sure. Fan going all night on AC but still needed earplugs and that did ok. If you get a street facing room and are picky about noise, switch to the back for a better chance at a good night sleep. The last thing to say was that their 'dynamic pricing' thats what I was told when I asked why it was so much more. Felt more like a gouge, supply and demand I guess. I stayed in Ithaca 3 weeks prior, July, and prices were fair and average for the motel I chose. I happen to be doing business the week of Cornell move in and the price was more than double. This is not a $550 a night hotel IMO, but I would stay here again, not on the street side, if it was $200 or so.

Front desk was very helpful, breakfast was good, room comfortable, ni complaints.

Lobby staff wouldn't print copy of receipt--not at all courteous

The fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress and kept sliding off. Underneath it was a plastic mattress cover and it was very uncomfortable sleeping. You have to request daily housekeeping and all they seemed to do was make the bed. They did not replace the wet towels or clean the bathroom.

We stay at Hampton Inn typically because you can be assured of consistent quality. Very disappointed that the indoor pool was closed the entire time we were there due to a chemical imbalance, which is human error, not mechanical. Breakfast was very good and room was clean and modern.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Hampton Inn . No surprises. Staff was lovely as well.

We had a great stay - very clean, pool was great, fantastic breakfast - highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly. When we checked in we needed a couple of things and they got right on it for us. The two workers at breakfast took time to talk with my kids and help them. The property was extremely clean and they had a worker cleaning at all times.

Was conveniently located

Everything was clean and comfortable. It’s nice to have the breakfast tables to use in the evenings for playing cards with 4 of us. You do need to drive to get to downtown area, but it is a short drive.

My son and I were staying one night for a college tour. It was perfect for that. It included breakfast and had a fun and pool. Parking was free. Room was clean and comfortable bedding and mattress. I would stay again if in town.

Property is clean and excellent staff. The property is an older property. They have upgraded the bathrooms but the breakfast seating area has some stains on chairs and sofas are thread worn.

I was totally pleased with this hotel. You couldn’t have asked for a nicer staff. The breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from hot and cold or like. The showerheads were super high, for we are all over 6 feet tall, and it was nice to actually stand under the shower and not have to bend our knees to get our face wet!

The staff was very friendly - Jessica gave us a wonderful diner to visit in the morning. Best breakfast. Room was perfect.pool could have been heated more or a hot tub.
