The hotel was great fun and family friendly. The water park and arcade were incredibly fun! Rooms were a little outdated but very clean and comfy.

The kids loved the waterpark and arcade. We had no issues there. The air conditioner in our room didn't work and it looked like the floor hadn't been vacuumed. So, we had an uncomfortable experience as it was 90-degrees outside.

Positives first. Every time we stay, the property inside and out is very, very clean. The waterpark is clean, there's ample room for many people and it's always operating at 100%. Very impressed always. Downfall is the rooms are outdated and it's definitely time for a remodel/upgrade of some sort. Front desk was a disaster. They charge your card immediately instead of at check out and this caused significant problems, as i wanted to pay for my family's entire stay. ( 6 adults, 3 children- 3 rooms) instead they charged my brother and dad as well. If we wanted to put it on my account they would have had to do refunds which can take up to 5bds. The front desk wasn't helpful nor did she seem like she wanted to be or cared. Not happy about that at all as this hotel stay was over $2,600.00 dollars. For that price I expect service and hotel quality to be nothing less than superior. We may have to put our hard earned money elsewhere next year. Sad to see it and sad to say it.

The bed runners were a little dirty, but that’s the extent of my complaints. We were able to get into our room immediately upon arrival, which was great, our room was in a great location, the staff was kind and responsive to every question I had, and the kids had a blast.

I had a pull out couch with a dirty sheet and blanket so I had to go get some clean ones from the front desk, besides that everything else was clean.

We were there 5 minutes and a bracket off the Waterpark door fell on my daughter’s face. We did an incident report. The manager on duty gave her a stuffed animal. No one called to check on her. Nothing. She has had headaches since. Pathetic management. In the room there was men’s beard hair in the sink and a hand towel with red lipstick. Obviously the room wasn’t cleaned. We slept with our own blankets. I will be reaching out to an attorney. I tried to add a picture and for some reason it won’t let me. Hmmmm

Our overall stay was OK. We weren't able to keep our dinner reservation as our room. Wasn't ready until 5:50. When I asked if i could get a call when my room was ready. I was told no. Thats not a service they provided.

First room they gave us was extremely hot…90 degrees outside and room air conditioner only blew hot air. Questioned at front desk and they found us a different room with a working air conditioner! All was well after the move! Disappointed in the water park being closed today and tomorrow. Overall a nice place!

This was my first time staying at the Tundra Lodge and probably my last. My check-in time was 4 pm and my room was not clean or available until 6 pm. I was not compensated in anyway and not even an apology they front desk was quite rude and said a rude comment as I walked away. My first impression of the Tundra Lodge was very unorganized and understaffed. I work in a hotel and I know how hotels work my room should of been available at check-in time.

Room had a strong bleach odor, the AC was broken and making a horrible noise, alot of dirt and dust in the unit. Fridge also was not working in room. Very loud hallways and upstairs. Tile in the bathroom was very dirty, water damage to bathroom door ... not worth the price of the stay.

Room was still not ready at 5:30pm. Bathroom door missing lock, bathroom sink and floor dirty, carpet sticky. Went to breakfast buffet and that table was sticky. We called for Kleenex bc it was empty and told we had to come get it ourselves. The watermark and game room was great but the hotel room wleft much to be desired

Property and Staff are great. We left pretty tired though as the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also the room directly across the hallway from us was having fire alarm issues. It was extremely loud around 10 when we were trying to sleep, and again in the morning. Took about 20 minutes to shut it off at night, and about 30 in the morning.I know we were tired but I can’t imagine how they felt.

We came for a Packers game. The room was clean and moderately roomy. The bed I slept in and the pillows were nice. I WSU the photos of the room were better and a floor plan was provided. We had a king family suite. Everything listed was present, but the room was not as spacious and the layout offered far less privacy than I was led to believe. The kids wanted to try the arcade, and it was below expectations. Various games took tokens but didn’t work. The staff there was fine, but it was more of a disappointing experience than other arcades. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall, but this was a grade C experience at best.

My room was not properly cleaned. My daughter found a pair of dirty woman’s underwear under her pillow. She is 13. When I addressed this with the front desk she said “ oh… sorry I will let them (whoever that is) know.” I just feel like that was extremely disgusting considering I paid over $250 for my room I deserved more than that response.

The staff were very kind and gracious! And our children had a great time at the waterpark. However, the lodging left a lot to be desired. The room was muggy and didn't cool off very well with the a/c unit. The refrigerator was leaking into the carpet, and the microwave didn't work. The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets kept coming off all of our beds (we had a queen bed, two twin bunks and the sofa bed). The bar of soap for hands and shower were so tiny it was laughable. The showerhead was quite old and its spray hurt. This hotel has so so much potential but is in desperate need of revitalization!

The room smell so bad with cleaning supplies that we had headaches. There was no bar of soap. The walls are thin you can hear people running. There wasnt enough staff after 7pm. Not happy at all. Never again.

If not for Waterpark this place would have nothing. All the bars/grills were closed. Even the Waterpark snack bar was closed. Appeared one person was managing front desk and the gift shop. Toilet seat was broken and no soap or shampoo provided.
Inside just looked unkept and poorly maintained. Waterpark was decent but lack of food/beverage on site was very disappointing.

We came with our 10 year old and 8 year old grandkids. The water park and arcade were great. Location was wonderful, close to a lot of things. The room was great, spacious, had a microwave and fridge just starting to get a little run down could use a few minor repairs. We would definitely come back.

Google reviews got this place wrong! After reading them I was very skeptical about our stay. The girls had so much fun in the pool! Our room was not ready for us when we arrived but we played in the water for about an hour

The hotel was nice, the kids had fun at the arcade and the water park. Not much outdoor water park stuff, just a splash pad and a hot tub. The indoor was a decent size for younger kids. My only complaint is that the room had a really strong cleaning chemicals odor. I’m
