Great facilities and huge family room for a reasonable price but the heating didn't work properly so it was freezing and it needed a paint job and new carpet badly

Pictures looked nothing like the website…
Dark, need of a good paint…
However manger was very pleasant and offered us a free breakfast as a gesture of good will…
Would have preferred a nice room though…

On arrival.. My room has already been allocated and a replacement room wasn't ready so the very helpful lady gave me a drink voucher and asked if I was okay to wait in the bar
A short while after she came to finds me with another room... All sorted

Nice hotel but not worth the price. Room was quiet spacious but not particularly nice. Only meal we had on site was the buffet breakfast and though we did go on the later side, they ran out of smoothies while we were grabbing our food.
I would not choose to go back to this hotel if staying in Naas again

It was an amazing hotel, we loved it. The staff (Wendy in particular) were very helpful and friendly. The room was enormous and well stocked with a great bathroom and products. They'd even put stuff out for the kids, such as a mini tipee, sweets and activities.
The only thing the hotel could really do with are some car charging points, but this is only a minor point as there were some EV chargers relatively nearby.
Will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

Food was cold and in short supply. Staff were uninterested in this matter when raised.
Placed at a table despite wishing to sit somewhere else then spent our time being bumped into by other guests in a crowded room.

Room was lovely , however shower taps were outside the shower door, difficult to navigate, very dissapointed with the pool, had to travel accross the underground car park to gain entrance and it looks dated and no jacuzzi in the area, however steam and sauna rooms were perfect. It was very clean, and breakfast was fabulous.

The hotel was very new 16 years ago when I last visited, so it wasn't quite as perfect as it was in my memories.
All fine, made so be nice staff.
The receptionist on check in was very pleasant.
The breakfast staff were doing there best when the had a coach load of people all wanting service at the same time.
The bar menu was ok but I think if it'd been more than a few nights I would have needed to search Naas for other options.

Poor Service in restaurant. 45 minutes wait. Ordered a pint, Another 30 minutes to get it... No coffee or tea offered for breakfast...

Really nice hotel and room. Staff was very nice, common areas are great and the food was really nice and fairly priced. Some things like the curtains could do with a refresh there was quite a lot of dust under the desk I noticed when using it to work. But great place to work from and relax overall.

Lovely check in. I did ask for a quiet room and was allocated a room by noisy elevators. Saying that they did change my room on night 2. Super room for the 5 nights left in my stay. Lovely hotel and residents a few of €50 is good value. Breakfast, coffee during the day and forgettable dinners included. This saves you lots of money and hassle. Love being back at the Westhouse

We decided to make our way to the Leisure Centre for a swim/sauna/steam room etc, the trip from the hotel is very odd indeed, you have to go to the basement, exit to the underground carpark, go through a door which looks like an emergency exit, go up a skinny flight of stairs, exit the building ( it was raining of course ) and then enter the Leisure Centre, the pool was dirty, the hydrtherapy pool was not warm even though the sign says 20 something degress and the changing rooms were also dirty, the hotel itself was on point but the Leisure Centre needs some TLC.

Nice enough hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was average and what I was expecting. Noisy plumbing! Good balcony though and use of leisure facilities very welcome.

Great hotel. Only issue was with room cleaning staff. There was no bath & shower gel on first day and our room did not get cleaned on second day. I was in the room from 1:45 pm to 4:45 pm and had the do not disturb sign on door however there was plenty of time before as I left the hotel at 9 am. There was bath and shower gel on third day. Had room 319 which was noisy as the hallway splits outside and groups of people which have rooms in different directions tend to stand outside the door and talk before splitting up and going their separate ways.

Staff were the best. You could not get nicer.
Beautiful designer bathroom but had no plug for bath or sink /no cups to fill with water, to rince your mouth with after you washed your teeth. Remote for the TV /battery was loose so it was difficult to change stations. A little TLC in order.
Over all with the staff so nice we had a very nice was stay. Thank you

Cracks in the wall as, beds with loose sheets, yes some staff were helpful and friendly but also some staff were rude or acted like they couldn’t care less, it was very loud until like 2:30am the weekend we stayed with loud music and people shouting and all
