Perfect location. Right in downtown, so many restaurants and bars within 5 minutes. Easy parking, pool is great, breakfast was simple and fresh, beach location is ideal. Room was clean and simple. Staff was amazing!!

The room felt like it had been built 30 years ago on a tight budget, and no major renovation was considered ever since, just some basic maintenance. The whole place is extremely tired and super overpriced. We had ants in the bathroom when we checked in, also when it started to rain, the water started to come into the room so the staff had to stuff towels under the balcony door to stop it... We had a connecting door between our and someone else's room, so we could perfectly hear someone's snoring and "other sounds" in the night (if you know what I mean). On a positive side, the pool area is nice and the dinners were very good, the staff were friendly. Overall, this is surely not a 4 star hotel as advertised, also to be honest I have no clue where so many good reviews come from...

The Hotel is excellent and the location is amazing. We got upgraded to a nice ocean view suite for free. The breakfast was just ok (eggs a bit salty) ... coffee was great though and a juicer was available :)

They engaged in very poor business ethics! A elderly person in my family accidentally books this hotel through Expedia and the hotel would not refund any part of their charges!! Would not take in consideration the situation, had no sympathy or understanding, only wanted their money!! This was a 78 year old person who was trying to book a hotel for a loved one as a gift and this place ripped them off! Elder abuse!!!!

Hotel staff were very helpful and the sandy beach was a few yards from the pool area. Everything you could want for breakfast. Quite a few German guests but plenty of sun loungers available and they have high expectations which the staff are geered up to. Evening meals were four course and we opted out because we could not eat it all.

Good location, friendly staff, close to the main street and night life. Has its own beach.

Everyminute of our short stay here was amazing. I was so happy that there was a man that parked my car and helped me take our few bags up to the room- no extra charge! The reception staff was so nice and our room was ready EARLY. Rooms had rolladens and a roomy balcony. Eventhough the room was in the heart of it all it was quiet for sleep! The AC was great for the hot Aug summer and the bed was comfortable. Those are key things for me, service, clean rooms, comfy beds, AC and a dark room for sleep. This place had it all. The hotel was right on the beach and walking distance to anything you could need; resturants, shops, a splash pad and arcades. I almost forgot breakfast: HUGE spread and a juicer where you could put in oranges, apples, carrots or ginger. Loved it. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

Stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights from July 26th to 30th. Check in was quick, room was spotless and beds comfy enough. The pool and access to the beach was my main reason for choosing this hotel and we were so happy here. Staff were great, hotel was spotless, food at breakfast really good quality. Lots of choice and really tasty. Local area was nice, some great restaurants around, a real shout out to Laguna which was amazing. I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lido de Jesolo. Quiet at night so no problem with noise. We were travelling with our adult daughter so we had a triple room which was a good size. Some rooms had balconies with a sea view so I can imagine these were lovely. Fresh towels delivered each morning and evening to room, staff were top class. Free bike rental was great and a fun thing to do especially in the morning when the street was quieter.

We really enjoyed our holiday. Hotel Excelsior is great. Reception staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Restaurant and bar staff were great also cleaning staff. The hospitality we received was absolutely fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again

Very nice hotel, great location, very friendly staff, food plentiful, could do with disabled access to the pool.

We had a family room with a double and two single beds. Room 111 was comfortable and v clean with a good bathroom. The hotel is well located in Jesolo. Excellent pool and located 10yds from the beach. Good breakfast and enthusiastic caring staff. We would definitely return.

The hotel is placed perfectly, on the Jesolo strip, which is 15km long. The beach is beautiful, and there were plenty of sun loungers available every day. We have checked 3 room types, the basic room is small and does not have a balcony, and would have made for a disappointing stay, therefore we upgraded to a Deluxe room, which was large and modern. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good, and they even offered a juicer and fresh fruit and veg to juice up. The bar is beautiful and stays open late. The resort itself has a bit of everything: lovely sandy beach, shallow sea, lots of restaurants an bars, shopping, proximity to Venice, great public transport.

Couldn't ask for any more really. Very clean, central to Lido do Jesolo and right on the beach...I mean literally a few feet away. Pool area very clean and pool was just the right temperature Rooms were pretty standard Italy rooms...but that adds to the charm. Very clean and a nice touch are the maids coming round in the evening to see if you need anymore towels in case you used them in the morning before going out. We also asked the hotel to arrange for our pick up from Treviso airport via private car. Worked out €80 and was very easy to sort All in all I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. If we go back to Lido do Jesolo we will 100% book back at Excelsior
