I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is, 10/10. This trip was my second time with my friends to Ostraco Suites and it was perfect.
The staff are the MOST professional, friendly and warm I have ever met at a hotel. Special mention to Sofia for remembering us following our last trip, making us feel at home, no request too much to ask, genuinely kind and helpful. Tina on reception for her warmth in welcoming us back. Maria in the restaurant. Alfonso who did all our pick up and drop offs, waited at airports/ferries on time and with a smile - happy to help us with our luggage and was an utter professional in all respects. Management of Ostraco you should be beyond proud of the team you have.
The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Hot tub on the private outdoor space. The pool side is relaxing with wonderful bar and restaurant services. We spent our last day, after checking out relaxing and enjoying our last lunch. The shower facilities with products and fresh towels meant we could be fresh for our return fligh to the UK.
The hotel is 10 mins walk into the town and is in a perfect location for that reason. Buses from the town taking you to all local beaches.
Sofia, Tina, Maria, Alfonso and team - We will be back again to our Mykonos home. Thank you for making our trip wonderful

We stayed at the Ostraco Suites for a family trip to Mykonos & it was perfect in every way. The rooms were lovely, comfortable & spacious and the kids loved the hot tub on the terrace area. Even though we travelled in peak season - there was always plenty of space around the pool so no fighting for sunbeds here, no matter what time of day. Breakfast served by the pool was a good selection of fresh local produce.
The hotel is very chilled out whilst only a 15min walk from the old town. One of the best things about this property is the staff and the service! Every member of the team we came across were super friendly and helpful - they made our stay a 5* experience. We were sad to leave but will definitely return!

Our stay was fantastic! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Property was so cute. They have a chapel up top and the pool area is great. our suite was decorated so nice, clean and spacious.

Property was certainly adequate for our stay, but the vibe was definitely different than what I expected from the photography and it was very overpriced. I can't get over the fact that they charged more for a drink than I paid at Scorpios - just wildly bizarre pricing. Our initial room (superior sea view) was a huge disappointment. It was small and laid out weird, with the bathroom sinks in the main room next to our bed, the tv against a wall that you couldn't actually view from the bed, and a loud, busy road right outside the door. Luckily, when we complained, we were upgraded to a very nice deluxe room with a jacuzzi and a much better view. I'd be very careful in the room type you book. i had to ask to have my VIP Access discount removed from my bill and the math was incorrect. Even after I pointed this out and it was adjusted, I was still overcharged by quite a bit - I just didn't care enough to keep arguing about it. The best thing about the hotel is the staff - they are wonderful and really care about their jobs and the guests - they made the stay for us.

The amenities are very good, the breakfast excellent. The rooms are big and well kep. The location is unbeatable. But what makes Ostraco the best is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, particularly those are the bar/restaurant/pool. The only weak point is the excessive prices of the minibar items and some of the bar expenses. This is my 5th time at Ostraco and I will come back.

Ostraco suites is in the perfect location and about a 10 min walk into town and short cab rides to the beaches. Highly recommend! The breakfast and staff was amazing! 10/10.

The location is up a hill above the old town. It is a hike up, however its a beautiful property and very friendly staff. We ended up with hot tub on our balcony and got some beers from the local gas station, and watched the sunset from the hot tub. The property had a small parking lot. Even though we had to hike up the hill from dinner, it was safe.

Great stay at this wonderful hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. Room was great, with heated jacuzzi on the balcony, which we made full use of. Excellent for some of the slightly windier evenings in Mykonos. Breakfast was made to order and a lovely welcome drink by the pool bar. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and gave some recommendations of different beaches to visit. The cleaner came by in the morning to make sure the jacuzzi was clear of any leaves/insects that may have blown in during the night. Free on-site parking for any vehicles. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

From the minute we were picked up from the airport as arranged We could not fault the staff’s service and attention to detail. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and very modern. Breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and amazing, so much choice.
All staff very attentive and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us.
We walked into the Center of Mykonos from the hotel, only took 10 minutes.
We will definitely be back.

What a spectacular establishment. The staff are immensely friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff Spiro, Sophie to the kitchen / bar staff Despina, Alex (best cocktails we had in Mykonos) and Nektaria! Thank you for making our stay so special. Rooms are always clean, crispy white linen, wonderful pool area and centrally located.

Ostraco was the highlight of our 3 week greek holidays. The whole staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and relaxed during our holiday! We felt at home!
After our 4 night stay we wanted to stay until the end of our trip! My highlights were:
- The a la carte breakfast! Delicious! We tried everything!
- The restaurant: Not only the breakfast is amazing but try the lunch/dinner dishes as well!
- The bar: Alex makes amazing cocktails which you can consume during sunset (TIP!)
- Small bodyweight workout area: Finally an area for some functional movement instead of boring cardio machines and dumbells. There are yoga mats, TRX's and Kettlebells among other things.
- The room: The beds in the room were super comfortable and we loved the rain shower
- Pool sunbeds lounge area: Spacious and comfortable with some nice music!
- The Location: Walking distance from Mykonos Town (1KM)
- And last but not least the whole staff: Thank you for making our stay amazing!

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. Close to the city centre too. The pool especially was lovely with lounges around and a bar. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my friend and I only stayed one night, but we will definitely return and recommend Ostraco Suites to everyone. The whole property is amazing, beautiful and clean, almost with a therapeutic feeling to it. The whole staff, from receptionist to waiter, to bartender, to manager to cleaning lady. Everybody was so friendly, kind and helpful. We saw 3 different suites since we could not decide which one we wanted to stay in. It’s a Boutique Hotel so all suites are different, but oh my! Just amazing. All of them. We also had the most delicious breakfast, that was included in our stay. The pool area is so nice, the water is perfect temperature, perfect lounge music playing. It really just is a whole vibe, with a lovely view over Mykonos.
I can not wait to come back one day. Thank you very much

Amazing stay, hotel was superb and one of the best I have stayed in. All the staff were so helpful from the jump and always were friendly and made sure we were having a great time. Definitely would recommend, location is superb (close to all the shops but quiet enough to get that peaceful vibe)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also amazing and the hotel had a beautiful pool area. Great walking distance from Mykonos town too but it is quite a steep walk coming back up hill.My downside was my room, the classic room was extremely basic and located right in front of a busy street. If I was to stay again I would definitely choose a different room option. The humidity was extremely inconvenient due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom which affected the bed sheets and made them damp. Also as we had a late flight and checkout was early it was slightly annoying there being no proper indoor lounge area.

The property is off the beaten track, if anything can be in Mykonos. The units are unique and well-outfitted. The pool area is beautiful and the dining area very pleasant. There are unique little relaxation spots throughout the property which are very charming. The dining and pool staff were very pleasant and accommodating; however, we had mixed feelings about Spiros in reception. We felt very welcomed on our arrival but our departure seem to be a bit irritating for reception. Perhaps that has something to do with our not being able to speak Greek and not expressing our requests appropriately.
