The views from the Alice room were beautiful, overlooking the water from the south of Ravello.
The walk to the main Ravello piazza was only 5 minutes away. Very convenient.
Our room did not have a shower with an overhead spout, which was one of the only qualms we had.
The included breakfast was delicious and had the best view on the property.

The building itself is beautiful and in a remarkable location. Breakfast on the veranda so amazing between the view, the service and the food that you will want to stay all day! All facets of service were first class; the luggage assistance was seamless and critical. The serenity captivates you. I will return!

Lovely stay! Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Ravello is a beautiful spot away from the more popular, but also busier, noisier and more touristy towns in the Amalfi coast. The room was large, comfortable and clean, but decor was a bit dated. We loved our little walk out patio with a bistro table and chairs, and a view of the coast - the only thing missing was a lounge chair to relax and enjoy even more.

Lovely historic property with a terrific staff, great breakfast (included) and a great bar overlooking the coast. Ravello is beautiful and quieter than the rest of the Amalfi Coast. Our room (especially the floor) could have been cleaner and the AC does not work well. Very comfortable room. Cabs are VERY expensive and the drive is long to get anywhere outside of Ravello. Lots to see in Ravello though.

Beautiful property, very boutique, and appropriately, you feel like you are staying in a palace! Great service and lovely restaurant. Amazing location and views! Highly recommend this place!

We were so pleased with our choice to stay at Palazzo Confalone. Tucked into a flower-trimmed alleyway in Ravello, the hotel offered multiple levels of stunning views, and above and beyond service. We especially enjoyed the wine tasting with Antonella, who generously shared her extensive knowledge of Amalfi Coast wines. Each and every member of the team made us feel like VIPs. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone we know.

Very nice property! However, I booked it and paid more than other similar properties because they advertise their spa and there isn’t one.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Confalone and would recommend to anyone visiting Ravello. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. We stayed in the annex building about 40 yards away from the main building for a lower rate/privacy but we very much enjoyed the views of the mountainside. Breakfast is fantastic and is served in the main building on a balcony rooftop overlooking the sea. They bring out a spread of different foods when you sit down and have a full menu (pancakes, omelette, meats & cheeses, etc.) to order from free of charge. We also loved grabbing drinks from the restaurant in the garden/pergola area at the main building. We would grab drinks there before dinner and take in the views of the sea.

Incredible location. Spectacular views. Unique decor. Some of the best service in the world. Only downfall is there is no pool.

Not quite as glitzy as the Belmond next door (we are there), Palazzo Confolone makes up for this with the most amazing people. Warm, humorous and attentive they made our stay so enjoyable. Also great value. Be sure to stay in the main building. We will be back.

For the last four days/evenings we have been vacationing in Ravello and staying at Palazzo Confalone. This is a lovely boutique hotel housed in a restored and well-maintained palace overlooking the sea. The lovely antiques, frescoed ceilings and colonnades evoke one’s imagination of what life must have been like for the gentry who settled this beautiful mountainside hamlet many years past.
The hotel is a two minute walk to the duomo and town square. Staying at Palazzo Confalone was like visiting family. The staff attended to our every need, even accommodating our gluten intolerance with homemade gluten free croissants, breads, pasta and lovely dinners, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They recommended day excursions and helped us get a true sense of life on the Amalfi coast. While there are other larger “palazzos” in Ravello, they are pretentious and over double the price of Piazza Confalone. We could not rate this hotel and the warm and friendly staff who manage it any higher. We will certainly return one day with our grown children.

The property is beautiful and like a museum. The staff is fabulous and very accommodating. The Villa rooms are a bit of a walk and if you want to be in the main hotel be aware. Otherwise this property is a winner.

Firstly Location is perfect, loved Ravello & it has become our favourite location in Amalfi. The hotel is wonderful, we had our own private garden area to sit in with wonderful views. The head waiter in the restaurant was always so polite & welcoming (shame I do not remember his name). A 2 min stroll into the centre of Ravello, Perfect!!!

No pool - and even more expensive that hotels that offer a pool and more amenities.

Debra and the entire staff was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived until we left we were taken care of. Debra and the staff went out of their way to help us arrange transportation to Positano as well as coordinate a Covid test in Amalfi. We were in Ravello to attend a wedding of a dear friend. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous the view breathtaking, location perfect. If we could stay forever we would. I highly recommend this gem in Ravello.

Beautiful place to stay with a very attentive staff. The jacuzzi in the suite was incredible and the views were perfect, also lots of very good dining including Michelin star restaurants less than 5 minutes walking distance. The only issue was there are no signs anywhere in ravello for this hotel, so getting there without help is nearly impossible (the gps on the phone does not take you there). However, the hotel concierge directed me street by street on the phone when she realized I was lost. Will be staying there again!

This is a wonderful Hotel within Ravello. We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon and it was astonishing. We stayed in one of the newly renovated villas and the view from the room was great as you could see the sea and the mountains from the balcony. The room had a giant jacuzzi that four people could easily fit into. Deborah who was working at the front desk of the hotel at the time was wonderful and helped us with every need and question we had while we stayed there. If you are visiting and also need transportation request a driver from Ravello named Rosario (He works with the hotel) who was wonderful as well and took us to Pompeii and even waited for us there during our visit. The city of Ravello if truly a gem of the Amalfi Coast and I would definitely considered revisting this hotel if given the opportunity.

The staff were very helpful and loved the hotel and were very proud of it's history. The location and the vistas, gardens etc were superb. I love old hotels that are steeped in history and gently show their age. I will definetly revisit .

Beautiful, historic property with incredible views, chic décor, friendly service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Overall a lovely place to stay; we requested the historic rooms vs. the hotels more modern rooms because we wanted the charm and character associated with these types of rooms. We were unexpectedly upgraded to our a junior suite with a sitting room and incredible views. While the room itself was beautiful to look at, the air conditioning strength could be improved -- although Im sure this is rarely an issue and we stayed during the absolute hottest days of the year. The bathroom was a bit dated and shower a bit tight, but otherwise it was a beautiful room with a lot of character. The hotel staff were very pleasant and nice, but service at the bar could occasionally be a bit faster and more attentive. One night, it took a while to get a drink, while on another night, we were given a beautiful complimentary plate of hors doeuvres along with our cocktails. Parking is a bit pricey at 25 euro per night and should probably just be included in the rate. The breakfast food was of good/average quality, with gorgeous views overlooking the mountains and sea.

Paid abt. $1000 for a two day stay and expected the hotel and hotelroom to be outstanding. We were put in the basement of the hotel with no view, on top of this the room smelled of mold and was extremely damp and uncomfortable. The airconditioning, if it can be called that, just spewed more mold into the room. Hotel itself was beautiful and with great breakfast views but overall we felt a little scammed when we left since we had paid a good amount of money for what we hoped was an exceptional hotel experience. If you stay here make absolutely sure you get a room on the higher floors.

For a five star property I didnt think the room met the standards for that, no white linens and the annex building was a bit run down
