Staffs were very welcoming and caring.. lobby was very clean, organized.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond the 5 days I stayed there. By far the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at.

Perfect place for small family with a kid staying in the all star village. Hotel is less then 5 mins away from the fields.

Rooms are outdated. Shower door kept coming off of track. It was nice having breakfast but staff helping with breakfast were not very nice. Front desk staff was great.

The ac was broken in our room and made a loud noise, we got no sleep through out the night.

The hotel is nice. The room was fine. I did not care for the bathroom shower. We had a jacuzzi tub-not by choice, but it was only room available. The shower is separate and is as small as a shower in a motor home. It’s kind of ridiculous how small. The bathroom also needs an exhaust fan to move the air, so it’s not so stuffy and steamy. The staff is super great and courteous. They made sure my additional request for extra pillows and towels were in my room. The breakfast in the morning was good and maintained, so you did not run out, but enough for everyone!

It was convenient to Baseball Hall of Fame and Cooperstown All Star Village its location was great !

The accommodations were great. Liked having a washer and dryer available at a reasonable price as we had been traveling and clothes needed a wash. Location was convenient to our activities. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights to visit the baseball Hall of Fame. Size of room and bathroom were really nice. Gave us ample space to relax and get ready for the day. We were on a 14 day motorcycle trip and my wife was happy to enjoy a bath since the room had a tub. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast options and super friendly staff. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

I made the reservations about two months in advance of our stay. Requested a room with two queen beds. It was confirmed. Upon check in they had changed that to one king bed and a hide a bed. Not acceptable. They then change us to a two bed room. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned. At this point we are late for dinner reservations. The house cleaning manager said she would clean the room and make sure both beds were made. When we returned the room was clean! On check out I asked for some compensation and was told that I had to request this through Expedia. I am now doing this To add to all of this they had allowed a group from Maine Maritime Academy to set up a tail gate party under the portico at the entrance. Not a good idea!! I have stayed a many Hampton Inns and this is the first one where there has been this kind of a problem. I await your reply. Richard Stover

When i first arrived, their hot tub was not working. The second day of my stay, to my surprise, the hot tub was up and running! One of the strongest jetted tubs I've had the pleasure of soaking in, and the temp was PERFECT. Wonderful and relaxing. The noise level from the highway was a little off-putting, but with the room fan on it drown it out. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was super kind too!
