Upon entering the first room, the room had a stale, stench smell. I pulled the comforter and sheets back to discover that the comforter and sheet were soiled with blood. I immediately called the front desk to let them know. The front desk clerk said she would change our room. The replacement room smelled exactly the same. The beds were horrible and the bathroom was not clean. There were rings in the toilet and let’s not mention the tub. The shower pressure was great but the water from the shower just pooled in the tub. It was like you were talking a shower and bath at the same time.

This Holliday Inn is a lovely property that is very clean and quiet.
I had the best customer service experience. Marie is the manager, and she went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations. She is a great example of a wonderful manager who really cares about her customers. I also met her daughter Dallas, she is also really good at her job and very informative and super sweet. I rarely give reviews, but if you are traveling through and need a place to stay that makes you feel at home, this is it!

Super impressed by all of Thomasville. So clean and friendly residents. Jonah’s Fush abd Grist’s was a wonderful surprise in great food from pasta to salads, seafood, nummy hush puppies! A must Holiday Inn did not disappoint either.

Two of my hand towels had someone else's long black curly hair in them - gross. The shower and floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all from the prior guest. The prior guest's toiletries were still in the dirty shower. The shower also did not drain so I had to shower in my own dirty after and managed to get it draining a bit by showing a comb under the plug to keep it open. However, it was still a VERY slow drain and desperately needed some drano. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The only thing negative was the cleaning products or carpet fragrance was overpowering and gave me a horrible headache maybe not use such strong fragrances alot of people are sensitive to those.

We have stayed several times in the last few months and the facilities are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always yummy and the staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The only complaint I have is the power outage issue. I understand you can’t control the weather but have a generator so your guests will be comfortable

Coffee in lobby in evening was cold. Staff suggested I microwave it or make my own in my room. Cleaning staff did not restock coffee items from the day before.. was on first floor and internet was only 1 bar constantly in and out, that was very inconvenient as I was on a work trip and relied on that service.

Overall temperature in the hotel too low, as in all Holiday Inn Express hotels. Should not have to wear a jacket at breakfast to keep warm!!.

Nice location with very clean room and with comfortable bed. Would be helpful to have USB ports near bed and at desk. Room above us was very load with children and heavy walkers.

Too expensive for what you get. Older facility that is need of renovations in common areas and rooms. Had a suite with a stained sofa and instead of a tv, there was a mirror in front of it. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and sink did not drain.

Our room was not cleaned. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Our room was a suit and you would think with the amount of money that was paid, the room would be super clean. However, that was not the case. Due to extreme circumstances of an unfortunate family emergency and a late check in, I decided to stick with the room due to needed to rest. My experience with the room was h pleasant. However, the gentleman who checked us in was nice and the breakfast was decent.
