It was great for pet friendly however I have 4 tea cup Yorkies that I brought with me & they charge $25 per dog per stay it wasn’t mentioned on their page also when I tried to check out the girl at the desk told

The lady at the front desk had us waiting for our reservation to kick in aparently. Kind of bumed because we were super tired and had food we just wanted to tget into our room right away without delay. I tried showing her my reservation and confirmation number but she stated it wouldn't help and we would need tl wait about 10 min. The room was clean large and the price was good and the king size beed was very comfy. Only thing I would I would like to have seen is to be able to speed up check in or no 10 min wait.

It was very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I have has nothing to do with the hotel or its staff. Other occupants next to my room were very noisey on both nights. Only recommendation I have is: why assign rooms next to each other if there plenty of rooms available.

We were here for the Little League Regional Playoffs. The whole town of Nogales were incredible welcoming and gracious. The Accommodations and staff at the hotel were wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was just fun, fun fun!

Staff is super friendly, very safe place to stay, I stay at this hotel when I travel to MX, my truck is loaded and security is a priority and this hotel has it.

The beds are soo comfortable had the best night sleep. Just need more handicap abilities in the showers. Other than that Everything was good.

Stay was much better than expected because the photos online should be redone. I have not had a better hotel breakfast ever than what is provided here with the room rate (I have food allergies and the selection and quality were remarkable)!! Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for what was paid.

Two concerns: Check in took 10-15 minutes, which was at least 5 minutes too long. The pool had not been cleaned and swept for some time, with numerous bugs and leaves floating on the surface, etc.

To be honest I am there weekly on business. I would not keep coming back if it were not one of the best in the area no matter the price. Which theirs i very competitive.

Check in was good, however, was checked in for one night instead of two and got locked out. Just an inconvenience, especially if you're tired. The room was remodled and was good. Specious and quiet. Water flow not that great. Breakfast was great! Loved the food! Overall 9/10.

Mattress dirty, load music after midnight, bathroom where damage, water pressure was poorly and very little amount of towels. Will not stay there again
