Beautiful hotel! This was one of the more affordable hotels on the island (during October at least) and we are so glad we stayed here! The hotel itself is clean and kept up. There are rocking chairs on the porches outside. The indoor pool area was very clean and wasn’t ever super busy. Lots of tables to sit at and work while the family swims. The room was spacious and adorable. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The porter took our suitcases to and from Shepler’s which was super convenient. Will definitely consider staying again!!!

This was the best hotel we stayed at. Great location across the street from the dock, spacious, clean and modern room, and an indoor pool/hot tub!
We also stayed at a nice B&B, but it was nice to move into a bigger room with a bit more privacy.
The Lake View hotel will def. be our new go-to on the Island!

We really enjoyed the room and the hotel decor. Beds were very comfy and the room/hotel was very clean. Location is terrific. We would stay here again.

Clean, convienient and comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent. Our room was next to the pool and stairs which was loud. The quiet hours helped with that. Free morning coffee was good. Super easy to walk a block to either ferry. Excellent porches with rocking chairs in the shade. Just be sure to ask for a room away from the pool. Other than that it was a great place.

Loved that porters got my bags from the ferry and brought them to my room for me and then reversed the process when i left. I didnt have to carry them all day until check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again!!

There was absolutely zero privacy in a room on the third floor on October 6th, 2023. The blinds on the windows/door facing the pool area did not cover ANYTHING. There was about an inch and a half gap all around the window for anybody walking by to see in from a foot and a half away. It was even worse if you were standing in the bathroom/vanity area, since the path is angled there anybody walking up the walkway from the eleevator has a FULL view of anybody naked inside. My wife was VERY upset and it vaccumed every ounce of fun and romance out of the entire trip. She was crying the next morning.
