Spacious and comfortable rooms. Shower head needs upgrading. Good location and drink options nearby. No food service.

Location was ideal, staff was excellent and the property was clean.

Cleanliness , location , facilities were really good, however we had to ask about everything- weren’t told where breakfast was, about parking, etc. check in consisted of handing us the key.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The food was excellent, staff was friendly and kind, and the room was beautiful. Very easy to walk around town and plenty of parking for those who have a car. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nicely appointed and clean. The room was large. The front desk staff was excellent. But..there was no water pressure in the older/tub shower. It was like showering with a garden hose. One of the beds squeaked. Walls paper thin. Door has to be slammed to shut completely. No one to help with luggage. The person stood there nodded to us as we dragged all our bags in ourselves. This is an expensive hotel and should be able to do better at this price point

Satisfactory. You get a card with $30 a day for breakfast if you opt for it on hotels.com. I would have preferred being able to pick from a buffet or set choices because the cost for 2 people for two days was about $80 including tipping so it felt like I was paying on top of already paying for breakfast. Other wise everyone was nice. Bathrooms are a bit dark, especially in the shower but the water was hot and pressure was good.

Stayed at the salem waterfront hotel & suites with my best friend for 2 nights 3 days. The location was very convenient as it was walking distance to a lot of the activities we had planned & so much more. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. The hotels restaurant on site was also very convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even some drinks. We loved it & everything was good no complaints. The day we checked out we also had a tour & we asked if we can keep the car parked in the parking lot & they said "Absolutely". I was so excited & that made it very convenient for us. I highly recommend this hotel & i will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. I can go on & on but you should find out for yourselves.

Everything is very neat and tidy. Place is definitely well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very pleasant. Overall excellent stay. Only 1 thing needs to be improved on the properties water pressure for showers fluctuates. But that being said. Great for a nice getaway.

we had a 5 star stay! The hotel is the perfect location for visiting Salem. We walked to everything, and were able to leave our car safely parked right out front in their free lot (for guests only). There’s a ferry nearby you can take to Boston. Restaurants and shopping right behind our hotel and a beautiful harbor that had benches and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and taking in the view. The hotel and our room were immaculate and had beautiful nautical themed decor. The regatta pub downstairs had a great menu for breakfast lunch and dinner, you had the option to dine in (or outside) or order from their mobile website for to-go pickup. We chose takeout for breakfast, placed the order easily and paid online, and it was ready at the exact time it indicated and perfectly packaged to bring back to our room. They have fruit infused water in the lobby, it’s such a small detail but really something we looked forward to upon returning from walking around all day or heading out in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again, the location, wonderful staff and entire experience were 5 stars for us.

Everyone seems so angry, no smiles, no greetings. The decor is fantastic but there needs to be some customer service class to show some pleasantness in that hotel. I heard the staff talking about the chef not showing up for work Monday morning, the elevators were down for a while too, saw one of the guys who was working on the elevator sit down in the lobby and devour a handful of chocolate… ladies at the front desk never looked up and only focused on the computer screens…

The staff was so kind and helpful. Our luggage got very wet, and they dried all of our wet items. They were returned in a very timely manner and all neatly folded.

This property got calls to their front t desk of a disturbance in another room n never we g to the said room. I was 1of the occupants of the that room and also the person being assaulted. Had the hotel done their job it could have been prevented. I got free from the room n the desk person said I wouldn’t be charged gif that room as I was the property. I was charged for that room and the person who assualted me stayed for free. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL. I wish your company could help me out .

Customer service on the East Coast is sub par, seemed like anyone in hospitality or service doesn't like tourists.

We have never been to Salem before and booked this hotel using the reviews online. The location was even better than expected!! We were able to get to everything with ease. We had a car rented for the trip and never used it! The hotel was clean, the staff was great! I would definitely stay here again.

This has been one of the best stays we ever had. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was professional and nice. We had a double bed room and it was fantastic! The best perk of this hotel was the little electric shuttle that drops you off and picks you up anywhere in Salem. I would recommend this hotel.
