Loved this hotel! Very walkable to the city attractions.. felt safe..

This was our second visit to Prague but our first visit to a Radisson Blu. We were very impressed. Our flight brought us in very early but the hotel were kindly able to accommodate us with an early check-in and this helped immensely with having a whole day ahead of us. Although we didn't have breakfast there, our travel companions did and they said it was an incredible breakfast buffet every morning which they would highly recommend. The hotel is located very centrally which makes it easy to get around to all of the main sites and attractions on foot. Thankfully it is just far enough away from the main square area so the nights were very quiet and peaceful.

Staff was excellent and quick. They had bottles of water, apples, and candy to take as wanted. Breakfast was very good

Close to everything. Dining was great and having a bar on site is a plus. This will be the only hotel I stay in while visiting Prague!!

Excellent location with good restaurants around

The terrace suite was on the 7th floor but the elevator went only up to 6th floor. There was no mention of this at the time of booking. Also when checking in, staff didn’t mention that we would have to walk up one floor with luggage nor did they offer to help.

Hotel desk staff was great.

Dymetry at the front desk was super helpful. He helped us navigate the website to buy train tickets and assisted us when we realized we needed to book another night in the hotel. Breakfast was good, a lot of options of tasty food.

Needing upgrade - dirty worn carpets. No aircon so room was 25-26. Solution was to open the door towards the atrium. Fitness in the basement. No access to daylight. Room ok. Breakfast ok. Location ok. Not worth the reputation. Need significant upgrade. Travelled with 3 children.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is not like shown in the pictures, but is an ok hotel, it is not that close to downtown, but you can still walk there, it is like 20-25 min walk

Service and staff were fantastic!

Expected more for the price we paid and below standard we expected for a Radisson hotel. The breakfast was not great either, beans in baked beans were hard, potatoes half cooked and the scrambled eggs were too runny. Staff were very friendly. Lacking attention to detail, one of the snack pot ( almond nuts) in our room had past its best before date.

It was an average stay, the hotel felt a little tired and in need of updating. We had two family rooms, sadly one was not in a good state. The door handle to the children's room was not securely attached and fell off repeatedly, the overhead light around the window did not work and the TV was poorly hung on the retractable tv stand. When discussing this with the staff at check out one member of the concierge was quite rude about it. The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival and the mirror to the bathroom was fairly dusty. But the extractor fans in the bathroom did not appear to work so perhaps that was the cause of the problem. I have stayed in a number of Radisson Blu hotels and sadly this one was not up to the standard I have come to expect from this chain. But the location was good for being central to be able to explore the city and the evening meal we had on our arrival was very nice - the waiting staff were very good.

Lovely Hotel and close to Old town

Lovely hotel within 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. Clean, quiet and with very helpful staff.

I stayed in the duplex penthouse suite. The room was no where near worth the price I paid there was a terrible view on the internal building (was expecting views of Prague) the finishes in the room didn’t match the price it just wasn’t luxury, also the banister on the second floor isn’t load bearing. I loved Prague because I went with my wife and it was amazing I would recommend a different hotel though. Although the breakfast was good.

Amazing …. Staff was very helpful and accommodating

Wasn’t expecting much. Quick trip from our vacay in Berlin. Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful, clean hotel. Modern, spacious room. Beautiful bathroom with rain shower. At the main desk, we were Greeted by Dimitri who took the time to give us directions, dinner and breakfast suggestions. It is so far the best hotel we’ve stated at when traveling to Europe.

Nice hotel, but the room in the pictures on Expedia, did not correspond with the reserved room.

It was a really nice hotel, great staff, only issue was the hot water went on the last morning of my trip so I couldn’t get a hot shower, but they did reduce the final bill to reflect this
