The best part of the stay was leaving in the morning. The property is run down, laundry bags were left outside overnight, grass hadn’t been mown in some time. Plus, the air conditioning was not turned on when the ambient temperature was close to 30 degree. Very hot and uncomfortable all night. Breakfast however was very good.

The hotel itself was a little run down but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was friendly

We booked 3 nights, but because we have emergency so we have to leave one day earlier, and the receptionist lady tried to refund the last night back to us, but she can not because we booked non-refundable, so she let we have free breakfast, that is so nice

Very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Kettle and tea and coffee very welcome. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly especially Geraldine. Meal in restaurant was excellent. Cod with herb crust and rabbit both with potatoes, green beans and salad were delicious as was the dessert buffet. Good local cheeses.

Bed was good, air conditioned, breakfast was minimal

Everything was great except I missed the thing about checking in before 11pm. My flight got delayed and I got in at 1am. Absolutely no one there. Apparently there is an emergency number you can call, but they only give it to you after the check-in (catch 22)... Anyways, luckily enough I have a friend who was able to get me and I crashed in his house for that first night. Otherwise the hotel is a really good value. The dinner was really good!

Overall the hotel was great, the car park surface was a little messy but was getting a full refurbish that week. The area is a bit out of the way for something to eat but for the price couldn't really complain.

Nice receptionist but terrible manager. Price up in June but they are renovating so price should go down, or they should close until Reno is complete. Noisy workspace cluttered with workers, noisy drills, materials all over.

I dont think this hotel belongs to Campanile. There is no signage except a piece of A4 paper taped to the door saying Louvre Hotels. The shower didn't work, the wifi did not work in the room, dinner was good, area is run down, parking is a bit iffy, building exteriors not maintained but rooms inside are nice. All in all its what you get for 40Euro

Very utilitarian room, however felt safe. Get out and walk around. It feels like an industrial area but actually it is not. Great hotel staff and great Buffett

Hotel provided a convenient stopover for our early ski start in Les Deux Alpes. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Hotel easy to find off motorway. Good meal in restaurant.
