Clean Ann’s convenient location to the airport

Hôtels à prix abordable dans la zone, bien situé par rapport au besoin, non loin des transports, notamment pour l'aéroport Bon accueil et petit déjeuner correct Par contre les chambres et l'ensemble mériteraient un rafraichissement

Staff at reception very friendly but I had asked for a double bed and got twin beds, motel style with outdoor access, chains on windows. Clean but very basic and not good value for money at all for the type of room, rate was 108, without breakfast in a not so good area. And I k no ow that my neighbours paid only half the price for the same room. Would not recommend.

Stayed one night. No frills hotel. We were provided a room, however it smelled cigarettes, so we requested another room unfortunately they were only one too available with two single beds. We went during the heatwave and the room had no AC. We asked if they have any fans and unfortunately no. Our sleep was not great given the room was way too hot. Breakfast was included with our our room and it was great.

Bathroom basin blocked,to the extent all sort of matters surfaces during usage and it takes long time for it to drain down. Even then, it leave residue of all sorts around the basin.

Good budget place to stay overnight whilst travelling. Opposite supermarket and filling station.

Do not order the lasagne. It is a frozen meal that is then microwaved by the 'chef'!! I know this because my lasagne was hot around the outside and got suspiciously colder as I got towards the middle and then it was actually freezing cold in the middle. You do not need to be Sherlock Holmes to come to the conclusion that they are charging their customers full prices for microwave ready meals. Needless to say I took the food to the counter and told them not to invoice for that 'meal'.

Room 028 (ground floor): Ideal as a overnight stop, some check-in desk staff could speak English (but not all). Rooms are in separate blocks to reception building, so have to go outside to access room. Kettle with Tea/coffee in room, hand gel beside sink and shower gel next to shower over bath. Comfy double bed with spare pillow and extra blanket in wardrobe if required. As an English couple on our camping travels we enjoyed our stay very much 😃

Walls of hotel room seemed to be made of cardboard, didn't need sound on TV as the adjacent room provided that. Carpet old and dirty.

Room was good but very disappointing food.Has to be the worse steak I have had for years. Would have been better if I had been used to make shows

It a basic hotel, but it clean,it oke for a short stay

We stayed one night while travelling through by car. The hotel was clean, simple, quiet and easy to get to and park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was quite nice and reasonably priced. The only small negative was that we could not get the internet to work.

This hotel has not been upgraded and so there was no A/C or climate control (and it was hot in Rennes during our stay) but the window could be opened. We were on the ground floor, which we prefer. Car park was OK. Twin Beds were comfortable but had a thick comforter despite July temperatures. The towel rack had been ripped out of the wall in the bathroom (with a tub, not just a shower) and not replaced. Towels were adequate. However, the hotel is directly off the Rocade Sud at Exit #9 that goes directly into Central Rennes, so it was convenient. The Restaurant was OK; the entrees buffet was a bit "tired" at 8 PM but when we asked for a new plate of hams, they brought a better selection. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was so-so clean (toilet had a yellow ring and smelled slightly when left open; even after being flushed 2 times). For 1 night it was convenient, inexpensive and OK but I doubt we stay there again.

No complaints, just a good value for money stopover. Thought a €10 continental breakfast was a bit expensive though. A shopping centre with a huge supermarket and two decent cafes a two minute walk away was an added bonus.

It was such a lovely stay, nice staff and comfortable room

A perfectly fine hotel for a short stay. Very easy to find and even though it is on a busy road it was remarkably quiet. Staff were very helpful. The room was well maintained and very clean.

Satisfactory for a stop over

This was actually like our motels, basic, but overall a comfortable place to be. The reception staff spoke good English, at least the one that was on the desk when I arrived and she even arranged the taxi before my arrival to collect me from the airport. I felt completely at ease even though I was a lone traveller and wouldn't hesitate to recommend in the future.

We did not get to the hotel in time, and had to spend the night elsewhere (our fault). The next day we arrived at the hotel, and they allowed us to stay that night as we had aleady paid for one night. Excellent. In particular, excellent help from Beata on the reception desk. Good value food at dinner and breakfast.
