Nice view from the hotel. Close to downtown St. Moritz. Very clean. Staff very gracious and accommodating. Bonus for the free train rides, etc.

A very well managed hotel located up in the mountains close to the lift system. The staff is terrific, helpful, and the shuttle service is offered every 30 mins during 9-18. Very good facilities with heated ski lockers and a large parking area if you arrive by car. Highly recommend.

The location was wonderful (but really hard to walk to). Make sure you call and reserve a shuttle ride to the hotel. The staff was Great and make sure you order it with breakfast included, it has an Amazing selection! The unit was really clean but we did find that some of the linens had small holes in them (no big deal). We did not get to experience a lot the place had to offer and would love to visit again.

This location was far out but we easily walked to town and the valley each day and could schedule a shuttle back or even to and from the city center. The room was very comfortable and clean, food was excellent and we would definitely stay again. We did not ski but the storage area and services seemed very nice. Staff was amazing.

Beautiful hotel, super close to the ski slopes, excellent breakfast and restaurant for dinner, spa area with outdoor hot tub with view over the mountains, overall wonderful!

Friendly service, we were able to check in early. The room is smallish but clean and comfortable. Large on site outdoor parking. The wellness is also rather small but well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety.
Location is a bit outside of St Moritz but its quiet and next to the skilift.

The most beautiful hotel. Firstly they picked us up by shuttle from St Moritz train station To the hotel
On arrival we were greeted and were given the best room overlooking the mountains still with snow on top.
As we had booked 3 days stay we were given free passes for buses and few excursions as it was summer period.
They had spa - with massages jacuzzi indoor steam room
Dinner was al a carte
Overall st Moritz is very expensive but worth every penny

Stayed 1 night after travelling on the Glacier Express all day. A warm welcome awaited us at this amazing country hotel with its outstanding mountainous panoramic background.
A hotel shuttle bus transfers you from the station. Both the reception and restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent served in lovely surroundings with a pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of choice for all appetites. The bedroom chosen was clean and uncluttered with most of the usual amenities ( although no tea / coffee provided) For what was paid there are no complaints. If by chance we return to St Moritz then a longer stay at Randolins would be on the cards.

The property is in a beautiful location, but it is a bit further from St. Moritz than expected. The room was inexpensive, and even though we received an "upgrade," it was small and dingy, with a tiny bathroom and tiny shower. The view, however, was very beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good, and some of it (dinner) was very good. The place seemed empty. The sauna was very nice, but the remainder of the spa was a bit disappointing (water in hot tubs not hot enough, there was not really any jets, the steam room had a perfumey fragrance).

Great staff and beautiful location. The restaurant is amazing, please try it if you get the chance. It was great to use the wellness services after a cold snowy day.

Clean and comfortable family room. The room looks new and modern. Nice breakfast, good location even though the street to reach the hotel is very narrow. The hotel provides washing machine for 5 Fr, BUT no dryer.

It's in a beautiful location but is really designed as a ski chalet not a hotel. No one at hotel after 10pm, mini bar is NOT stacked with anything. We had a premium room but no porter service or trolley and it was a fair walk up hill to get there and when you do theres no internal lift. Car park is a long walk down a steep road whilst its available its not a convenient location.Shuttle service, from memory ended 5.30 (from memory ) so not convenient for getting to St Moritz

For downhill skiing this hotel is perfect but for cross country skiing you need to take the car to go. The staff is really nice.

A very good hotel/resort with many good amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel runs a shuttle to pick-up and drop guests to cable car and other places and station in the town at scheduled intervals. If you are not driving, plan your itinerary accordingly.

My husband and I spent one night in Berghotel Randolins. I am glad that we choose this quite mountain lodge in stead of any other hotels in the busy St. Moritz downtown area. The front desk and all the crew members are so nice and helpful.
The room is specious with a big bathroom. The restaurant is wonderful with very nice mountain view. The dinner we reserved was the best one in our whole trip.
The breakfast is fantastic - so many choices, everything is fresh.
The hotel is not in downtown but I take it is the advantage, not the drawback. The hotel shuttle bus runs between hotel and train station/downtown.
Generally speaking, a great hotel!

Make sure you get their free shuttle bus to reach there. Hotel location, staff and services were very convincing. We enjoyed our stay there and in expensive city this was the only little budget accomodation with nice services. I would recommend to stay over there.

Very nice hotel. Much cheaper than the Suvretta House down the street. Entrance not well lit if you come in late at night. Hotel is 5 separate buildings. My room was excellent. Spacious/Clean/Great Views
