Excellent hotel. Views were incredible!

I like the property. Only reason I gave them 4 star is because they do not offer bell boy service from Marina Piccolo, which is their closest marina. I arrive via this Marina and the hotel did not have bell boy service from there. So I had to pay someone $20 euros to carry my luggague up hill to the hotel. When I say up hill...I mean around a 5-8 minute walk on a stiff cliff....I was walking with no luggage and it was hard for me. For a hotel of its class a Bell service from Marina Piccola shall be offer to guests.

This hotel is a must stay only for its views. The hotel itself was very dated. We did find a big in our bathroom, and the walls were very thin. Anthony at the front desk was soo pleasant and accommodating to our stay. The best part is the hotel has transportation into the town center every 15 minutes.

Need to let customers know there are no irons available.

One of the worst hotels we have ever been.Hotel is old and outdated not what we expected for $800 a night.We booked two rooms one superior we paid $800 with balcony and one standard $600and let me tell you standard room was like in horor movie.It was old and musty had mold in bathroom,ant infestation,stains on bedding,dirty bathroom and it felt like you are in basement.Staff at this hotel don’t have any customer service we were not greeted once by any of the staff..Reception staff are the worst even when we arrived it was more give me your passport and this is your room no welcome or would you like some water while you waiting to check in on 40 You can tell that this hotel is run by the staff and there is no management. One day we had one guy serving us breakfast than we saw him working by the pool and in the evening he was driving shuttle bus. Anyway I would rate this hotel as 2* the most.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view. The rooms were filthy and staff members were rude. Upon check in into the room the sink was clogged with hair, the bidet was visibly filthy and had hairs in it, the toilet brush was stained with urine and hair, the room smelt like mold which they attempted to mask with air fresheners, the showers were filled with green dirt buildup and hair, we also had an ant infestation in the bathroom. The beds have no comforters just a sheet and dirty thin blanket on top. We also found a few bugs in the bed. This hotel is definitely not worth the money and there are several better accommodations for the same price in Capri.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us! It was very clean, and even better looking in person than what we saw online! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Location was excellent and beautiful!

The initial room we had for the sea view room was on the ground floor and the view was mainly of a wall and street. We asked to be moved and was moved to the forth floor- the view was spectacular. Overall the room was average, a bit outdated. The breakfast was ok and service was ok. I felt that this hotel was quite pricey for what it was but we also visited at peak summer times and Capri is an expensive island. The shuttle service was a must, but it doesn’t run every 8 mins as advertised and the shuttle vehicles some are a bit dirty inside.

Fantastic location... Looks exactly like it does in pictures. I was a little iffy about selecting this hotel. I am so glad I did. The service was excellent. The beach was very crowded but awesome. Go early morning or late afternoon. The restaurant and bar/pool service were very good and reasonable. nonstop included shuttle service to Capri is fantastic. The only thing that was a little lacking was the room itself. It is outdated and somewhat tired looking. You won't be in room long enough to care. We hope to be back.

We had the best stay at Webber Ambassador! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect right on the beach spot of Capri! They have a shuttle to take you into down every 10 minutes it was so easy! The room view was spectacular and big! We can’t wait to come back

The hotel was right by the beach. It was high enough to get a great view of the ocean. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

Very nice hotel. The hotel offered free transportation to town which was very convenient.

Loved the location of this hotel and the shuttle services. The rooms and area need an update.

We picked this being unfamiliar with Capri thinking this would be a great experience. Upon arrival we checked in and shown our room that we were charged about $380 per night. The room was oddly shaped due angle and barely enough for 2 adults to move. AC barely worked and water in faucet smelled. However staff were friendly.

We arrived really early to the property before the 2 pm check in. They stored our bags offered to let us change to use the pool and have the breakfast they offer. Very friendly, very informative very pleased with the service throughout our trip. We have plenty of questions and they did not hesitate to answer them all and went above and beyond. The staff is the best, I’ve paid a lot more money stay and more expensive hotels with half the quality of service. I would return and I would recommend it. Thank you Hotel Weber Ambassador!!

The property had amazing views, a pool, multiple bars and a dining facility. The staff were very helpful. A big plus was a shuttle to the city center every 10 to 15 mins. Very helpful!

The a/c in the room did not work felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. Some staff were friendly and helpful.

The views are absolutely breath taking. Had breakfast included with our stay which was wonderful. I liked everything about this property except some of the staff. Our room cleaning staff were very friendly along with some waiters. But front desk staff needs to work on friendliness and acknowledging guests. Never greeted with a hello/good morning. Literally not even smiles. This really adds to your stay when in a hotel.

Beautiful location, but a distance from the major attractions. There was a fair amount of confusion about the shuttles to town, it seemed, and was not as easy to get around as we hoped.

Very inviting, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The island of Capri has many options. I would never recommend this hotel. They have a shuttle that takes you to city center. However, no other location unless you are checking out. The front desk staff was typically rude and inattentive to any needs. First night were kept up until 3am with people partying. We were below the restaurant at 5:45am the kitchen and staff started with moving chairs, silverware etc. Asked about changing rooms and was met with rudeness and no accountability. Would never recommend

Really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Property is close to the beach which was amazing and clean. Magnificent views and convenient location. Hotel also offers free transfers to the city main plaza every 10 minutes.

This hotel is a gem in Capri. I travelled a lot. This hotel is one of the best hotels to stay In A place like Capri. The view from our Julian balcony was amazing. The available shuttle is a big help. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we had in Italy. In total I will give 5 star to this hotel.

Great location, shuttle bus service for guests to go around main spots of the island. 5 mins walk to the beach surrounding crystal clear sea water.

Amazing property with view of the Faraglioni. Close beach access, pool with hot tub and shuttle service to Capri city center and Marina grande (harbor). Would stay again!

Absolutely stunning location!!! The views from Hotel Weber were breathtaking! Proximity to the beach was so convenient. Loved that they provided a free shuttle into town and transport to the port. A beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean, only 1 pool and it wasn’t heated. Shuttle from pier was a great perk however they add a surcharge on your bill. We thought was included. Bar staff in lobby was very slow but friendly.
