Really good value hotel, just a shame about the building works next door- very noisy, made us avoid the pool area.

Great hotel! Great location, nice pool area and helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was nice and well furnished, but the bathroom was kind of run down, specially the shower. Black spots on the walls and tub side and sticky shower curtain. It hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived either , hair everywhere. After I washed the whole bathroom with detergent and hot water, we were ready to start our vacation. Internet was not good. 30 euros for 2 devices for a week, and it barely worked. The free network in the pool area was horrible too. I would stay there again but not buy their internet and ask them for a fresher and better cleaned bathroom.

Overall nothing to point any fingers at as such but the place is a bit worn down. A huge drawback though is that WIFI and matresses for sunbeds are at a charge! Really.!!. It’s 2019. I don’t think that price matches value. Service and breakfast great though.

Ideally situated in the resort, nr to all facilities , great spotless modern apartment , great breakfast, friendly staff

Lovely Hotel, friendly staff & a good location. Highly recommended. Looking forward to staying here again in February. Good breakfast an added bonus.

Spacious, not overly busy and staff were great to deal with. House keeping nearly every day aswell. Best part about it was that u couldn't reserve sunbeds till 9am so that gave u time to actually relax and chill in the morning.

I was very happy apartment and it suited the need of the 5 of us (2 Adults 3 kids). It was surprisingly big and had a nice view over the pool. the staff were very nice and helpful especially the cleaners. I would be very happy to go back again.

Good hotel, adequate condition, pool nice, beds could have been better. Not bad for price. Food was good better than the local places.

Pleasant apartment, just 10 mins walk from centre of Los Cristianos. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Apartment clean and fresh looking. No safe, but available in separate room by reception. Good balcony. Balcony door looked like it had been forced a few times with new locks fitted, but don't let that pit you off, just rent a safe. Lots of children. Good for families, but an adults on terrace on roof which was very welcome

We had great holiday at Aguamar. It is located very close to the beach, 10 mins walk, close to all restaurants and supermarkets which are open until 10 in the night. They clean the rooms everyday and change towels. When you book any tours for nearby sightseeing, the pickup point is just across the road a minutes walk from the hotel. Also the free buses from and to Siam Park and mall is very close, 5 mins walk. We have tours booked from hotel reception, and they have all the information of available tours. Taxi stand is also nearby. Kitchen is provided with 2 hobs, fridge and a microwave. Overall I found the hotel good for holidays and near to beach and siam Park (5 mins drive or €4 in a taxi).

Clean and simple apartment hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast not huge assortment but always fresh fruit and vegetables as well as different eggs etc. ie all you need. dinner I would recommend elsewhere. 3 stars, not more nor less.

Great hotel but small in the rooms but very happy overall. No real activities for kids at Xmas if there were it would make for a better atmosphere at the hotel for all.

Comfy bed, good shower, great location. A bit noisy in the morning with people walking about above and to the side. Cooking facility a bit inadequate but ok for breakfast and making a sandwich. Great value for money. We would stay again.

All fine. Only bad point are mattresses that are hard as floor is.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aguamar. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance of the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The journey from the airport was easy, took approx 15 mins in a cab and cost around 25€ each way. The additional charges for wifi in your room, use of a safety deposit box and sun lounger mats wont break the bank if you want to use them. The linens in the room were rather old but always clean. If our travels take us back to Los Cristianos we would stay here again.

Great value apartments, only downside was the location which was a 15-20 minute walk to seafront. Otherwise a really friendly hotel.

The old adage of you get what you pay for is hugely applicable here. For the price we paid we cant really have any complaints, it cannot be argued that The Aguamar does not present great value for money.It does what it says on the tin, a solid place to put your head down at night. An ok hotel, with ok services in an ok area. The hotel is clean, the pool is decent, its a shortish walk to the beach (approx 15 mins) but the hotel staff do not buy into delivering good customer service, its almost like they know you havent paid much and dont feel the need to be helpful or polite.As previously mentioned, for the price paid the hotel presents absolutely great value for money. If you just need a place to sleep after a day in the sunshine then The Aguamar is perfect. However, if you are looking for a bit of luxury this may not be the hotel for you.
