Nice property, breakfast is very good, friendly staff, free bikes. Would be nice to have a restaurant on site but a pizzeria across a street.

A very enjoyable stay! Looking forward to visiting again soon! Hotel is situated in perfect location - lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk, close to local beach and nearby shops. Very safe area. Hotel has a lovely, clean, quiet, pool area. Sun loungers available throughout the day, not overcrowded. Mostly families and couples. Hotel rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. We stayed in new design rooms with view over Lake Garda - stunning. Perfect to watch thunderstorms over the lake in the evening! Hotel food was amazing - fresh, excellent choice and very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly - quick service and excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Complimentary cheese boards and snacks throughout the day. Shuttle bus (stop opposite hotel) arrives every 20 minutes to Sirimone (€2.50 each). Shuttle bus runs to 12.30 am. Excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location between old city and new area. Very good and rich breakfast. The only thing I wonder is why they charge 5 € for pool towels. It doesn't make any sense, and also why they charge money if you want other egg than scramble egg. Other hotels we stayed in do not charge extra for these.

We have had a fabulous stay here, very nice staff. Everyone very welcoming and helpful. Everywhere is very clean. Breakfast was good with a large variety.

Perfect scale hotel for a short stay of 4 nights as a family. The pool, room and breakfast were all great. We were also fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade on arrival which meant a balcony with views of the lake and a slightly larger room which with 4 of us staying was a big benefit. All staff were helpful and patient with my minimal Italian. Thank you for helping my family and I end our holiday on a high note.

This is a great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities, pool was clean and could always get a sunbed. Food and drink also very good. Great position near to lake. Very enjoyable stay here and would definitely recommend

Value for money excellent . Clean, pool it’s nice . They allow you to have bikes for 3 hours for free . Provide helmets if you want . Good variety breakfast included in the price . Nice front desk staff . Close to a Lido 4 minutes walking where you can rent a boat , swimming , and can park you car for free . Also airs in front of a bus stop , where you can get the shuttle to old town for only 2.5 euros . Overall everything was what we needed .

Clean and convenient. Only issue was bicycles that are free to use are not in good condition. I had to repair two bikes to make them rideable.

The hotel was in a good spot and it was easy to reach many places from there. Parking was a bit of an issue as there are only a few spaces at the hotel (around 10 in the car park and around 5 under ground but very tricky to turn if you enter and it is full) Other than that there is free parking on a slip road near the front but at busy times this became full so it meant a bit of a walk. The room was nice and bathroom was modern and clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. The fridge was not very cold and we had two small bottles of water provided on the first day of the stay but this was not replenished. The patio was shared with 4 rooms and this meant a lack of privacy. Some rooms have a lake view. The pool was clean & a great size. Breakfast was good but to be honest not as the photographs suggested. The savoury options were plentiful although the scrambled eggs were stone cold when my daughter had them. I was a little disappointed with the fruit choice. There were a couple of small dishes with apple and possibly pear which resembled tinned fruit but only a couple of strawberries one day& a couple of pieces of cantaloupe melon on another day. Some pastries were cut in half but there was a good choice. There were lots of messages about not being able to eat or drink anything not purchased in the hotel and messages about not leaving food out in the room because of ants but we didn’t have any ants in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit

Hotel with excellent value for money, friendly and helpful service, great breakfast and a very quiet and pleasant pool. To me it seems more like a 4 star hotel than a 3.

Nice hotel with good breakfast, nice pool, and nice staff. We used the free bikes to bike around which was very helpful and fun.

I liked the proximity to the shuttle bus for easy access without a car. The pool was immaculate, as was our room, which was serviced daily. The breakfast is fantastic with different choices daily. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Great hotel near the airport! Clean, well kept hotel, awesome restaurant with shuttle to the airport! Be sure to book the shuttle several days in advance as it gets booked.

The rooms are so beautiful! Staff is wonderful and very helpful! Short walk to the train station, pretty easy to take it to Venice. Great breakfast and short walk to several restaurants. I would love to return here!

Nice place. Was a bit outdated, but a couple floors were under renovation, so should be good by next spring.
