It was insanely perfect!! I’ve never felt more like royalty or stayed in a more stunningly beautiful place! The staff from start to finish was so incredibly accommodating! Sabrina at the front desk, Marco our waiter at breakfast, the bar manager Giancarlo were just impressive and so wonderful. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I cried for ten minutes when we got there because of how beautiful it is😂 The elevator down to the beach area is even such an incredible experience with bar tenders and waiters below serving drinks. Just a once in a lifetime place. Loved every second!

We were very pleased with our stay at this wonderful hotel. Everyone was super nice and helpful in all accommodations. Valet parking is available if you drive there. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, so many choices for everybody. We really enjoyed our stay and we are planning on coming back there.

Very nice people and good condition. It’s about 3/4 of a mile to the city center which adds up if you’re going into town for shopping, dinner, tours or anything else. We had a beautiful ocean view but the cruise ships park right in front of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will help you.

Sorrento is home…from the moment we arrived to Sabrina welcoming us to the whole staff was amazing. We would highly recommend this property and will be returning. We’ve traveled through Italy and Sorrento is my favorite. Talking about favorites…Pietro (the lifeguard/bartender) was our favorite, we loved talking with him and him telling us what to do, restaurants to visit and taking care of us each and every day. Your staff was wonderful and you should be very proud of them…we travel a lot and we were impressed! The property is located in a great spot to walk to everything, plus the views are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this property and the staff. Can’t wait to return…thank you for making our vacation amazing.

Great property and staff. Everyone is so welcoming from housekeeping to front desk. The front desk staff extremely helpful in arranging private car services to Pompeii, Positano and Naples. With each driver waiting for your visit to conclude and then driving you back to Ambasciatori.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both times we had great service and enjoyed the room, hotel pool and lower dock. Beautiful views everywhere you look and it’s walking distance to the trains, to the town and the ferries. No need for a taxi.

The grounds are great with beautiful views

The staff and hotel is full of character. The beach pool and the caved entrance you’re greeted by is simply not to be missed. Great walking distance to all of the attractions and a short transfer to the ferry to Capri if you have large bags, otherwise very walkable.
