Clean room, and good stock hot breakfast.
Down side is a $100.00 security deposit, and pool closed at 9 pm

Great breakfast with some different breakfast items which was nice. The pool was a great break for the kids. Not an “stay all day” pool but perfect to break up the evening a little.

We stay here every year when we come to Milwaukee. Staff is usually nice but Roberto was very nice to me and my family.. if we needed anything he always gave us whatever we needed with a smile and an upbeat attitude. Not all but some of the housekeepers are very nice but very lazy… one just made the beds up in the room and took the trash out.. we could’ve done that.. soap wasn’t refilled, coffee wasn’t refilled, floor wasn’t vacuumed, etc.. other than that great stay! Give Roberto a raise!! He’s the most kindest and friendliest staff member I’ve seen in my 4th year straight coming there …

I liked how spacious the room was and having an additional sink and countertop area. The location was good for getting around town. Good breakfast options with clean and spacious dining area. Staff was pleasant.

The staff here need to definitely work on their communication skills. Overall I don’t have a problem until the end of my trip and the General Manager is very rude and unprofessional I won’t be returning back!

This was a disappointing stay for us. The pool hours are short and the cleanliness of the entire hotel is very poor. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.

I liked that it was quiet. And the employee who checked us in was amazing! Very nice and helpful. But our room was just ok. The bathroom had hair all over the tub and floor. And one of the beds didn't have the wood frame around the bottom and it was extremely squeaky. We did like that we overlooked the pool. And breakfast was good.

None of the USB slots worked, the plugs were all too loose to plug other chargers in, the neighbors were heinously loud, playing their TV at top volume all night long (literally). We were so grumpy when we woke up we ran out of there before breakfast. Avoid this one!

~80 in Charges not disclosed in writing/verbally from my first stay. Second stay Had late check out for noon but had door banged on four times between 8:30 and 11 despite telling them each time I was trying to sleep. Employee yelled at me to check out.

Plan to swim, however the pool is very busy with lots of kids. Sometimes police might even show, but I'd imagine that won't happen during every stay. Staff were nice, breakfast bar was good. Room was well lit, modern, and was spacious. Bathroom was nice, sink was behind the door with toilet and shower. There was a mirror outside the bathroom, and a desk in the far corner of the room by the window along with a chair in the other corner.

Door was busted and bolted together with flat metal stripps, hinge bent. Bathroom not that clean. Other visitor's were loud all night long, not good when ypur working 12+ hours days then camt sleep because of the loudness.

My stay was the worst ever, birthday parties sat&sun , little or no supervision, 20 to 30 kids,age 2 to12 , by the main elevator, floor soaked with water little kids screaming while holding up elevator **just come on !!!! No adult in site ,we had to take the stairs ,several times to our 3rd floor room . They room was on 2nd floor , all the noise ,slamming of doors running in hall way to list just a few ,loud as hell 😳 i did call main deak 4 or 5 time ,spoke to angela,she did stay on top of it , i thanked her she was great . Couldnt use workout area eithed kids in there also little or no supervision
I have called holiday inn , no compensation as of today !!! Over 400 bucks only to attempt to sleep there . So sad

Front desk people were fantastic! The door to our room was broken so it was hard to go in and out and the fridge didn’t work. There was some fruit flies which can happen this time of year. Our daughter loved the pool and the breakfast was pretty good.

Once we arrived to our room it was tagged as not ready and a quick peek inside let us know that no cleaning had been done. This was two hours after check-in began. We waited a bit and then went back to the front desk to inquire. They were super accommodating and quickly moved us to a new room, offering free grocery from their small store. So kind and so professional. In a season where everyone is short staffed, we were understanding and thankful for such a generous response.
