This hotel is very easy to find and is opposite the Cite de l'Europe, where you can find a range of restaurants and shops, also nearby is the Carrefour petrol station which is handy for topping up. The room was good and so was the breakfast. We travel with our dog and was able to eat next to restaurant with him. Outside there is plenty of green areas to walk the dog. Parking is plentiful. We have stayed there 6 times now as a start and end point of our journey to Italy. We have noticed that the evening meals are not as good as when we first stayed, probably when the new management started. The choice is certainly not as varied or good, but we now know we can walk over the road and choose from a variety of restaurants so that is not a problem. We will be happy to continue to use this hotel twice a year.

We have had many pleasurable stays at this hotel - last nights stay was certainly not one of them. We were surprisingly given a disabled room - as we got into bed it became apparent that the matttess was bigger than the base which made it almost impossible not to slide out unless we spent the night hanging on to the edge - resulting in a sleepless night. This is a has always been a great hotel for service and location.

We stay at this hotel at least twice per year, and we like everything about it, from the proximity to the trains, to staff, food, room, etc. Rooms are quite basic but have everything you need, not sure about the flooring choice...bathroom is small but ok, maybe they can add 2 more towels. There are loads of good restaurants in 1-2 minutes walking distance, not to mention the shopping mall.

Friendly receptionist, plat de jour- excellent, comfortable bedding, the aircon was a little bit noisy.. but overall very good; not forgetting very secure parking and perfect for using the Channel Tunnel.

We stayed one night before our ferry crossing home. The guy in reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The bathroom was compact but a great shower. Very good value for money.

Stopover after coming off the Eurotunnel. Stayed here before when it was an Ibis. Ideal safe parking for motorbikes. Rooms clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful handy for Cite d, Europe if you like shopping. Restaurant in hotel snd nearby. Breakfast ideal for type of hotel. Often use this hotel snd will continue to do so

This property is great for access to thd ferry or tunnel. Reception is manned overnight so great for late arrivals. The staff could not be more helpful!

This is a convenient place to stay when using Le Shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than other hotels we've stayed at before in Coquelles. Parking is good and access to the shopping centre/petrol station is close by.

The hotel is in a prime location for LeShuttle. Unfortunately we managed very little sleep due to a constant noise in the room and a loud clanging noise at intervals. Made our stay pointless as the idea was to have a good nights sleep before a long drive

I rented three rooms and two of them did not have air conditioners that worked. Very disappointing. Big reason why I reserve these rooms because of the air conditioner. However, very close to the port after getting off the ferry. So very convenient.

Always book an overnight stay at either hotel 3 or 4 before we travel further into France.
Ideal for an overnight stay, we also bought some gifts from Carrefour.

Didnt like the beds matress was a mattress topper so so thin lucky if it was even 2inc thick didnt feel like a bed terrible night sleep ,
No tv available in any other language than french no Netflix or anything to connect to not even using phone to play on tv was blocked
No iron or iron board in room staff were happy to suply it when asked and did speak english well
Bathroom felt like a portable loo at a festival not alot of room

Family room was very noisy. Hotel roof rattles in the wind very badly and there was regular loud noise from another source like extractors / ventilation behind the room. Our children were upset.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard for a three standard hotel. The only let down is the mouldy smell on the ground floor (never smelled it in the past).
