Disappointed in the hotel overall. It was old and run down. Furniture in the room looked like it was from the 70s and several drawers would t shut. The walls had spots and generally it was run down. The first day i didn’t get room service and the second day it was terrible and the room had a pungent odor.
The rest of the room services were excellent. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

We got a room for one night. The hotel is a little run down. We were on the 3rd floor and the hallway carpeting needs to be changed out. In the morning when we went down to breakfast, we thought we were in a nursing home environment. Elders in their PJ’s some in wheelchairs discussing how the day was going. They all knew each other. Very strange.

There were several things that needed to be fixed in the room. Terry was very helpful and nice. It could have been cleaner on the property. But it was looked to the things we wanted to visit

The room carpet and bed was good. The bathroom and all common areas need to be cleaned, painted or replaced. The hall carpet and elevator floors are gross. The pool floors and walls are peeling plaint.

The room was okay, but didn’t like the bathroom configuration. The sink/vanity was right by the door to the room, and totally outside the toilet/shower area. Very inconvenient.

Room had a good AC, very important to me. Nice big TV, but not many available channels. Room and bathroom doors very squeaky. Didn't like the breakfast dining layout, very few individual tables. Elevator floor was sticky with spilled drink that didn't get cleaned up. My room didn't have a working deadlock on door. I gave the visit a 4-rating, but 3.5 is more realistic. It was okay for a one-night visit, but wouldn't do it for several days.

The hinges to the door were bad and the door didnt close properly, you had to lift the door up to close it every time. There werr also red spots on the bed comforter that looked to be blood. I ended up sleeping at a friends place instead most nights.

They are dirty, we asked for towels and the staff put the towels on the dirty carpet like we were some animals. The towels were not in a bag, the food wasn’t the greatest. I won’t stay there anymore

The hotel is nice, but it being 102 for 3 days and pool and whirlpool both closed. It need a bench outside so you can sit and watch sunset or rise. And hotel need a little up grade.

I’ve never been to a hotel where I had to ask the front desk for new sheets and pillow cases in order to make sure we had clean bedding. The sheets were dirty, there was a writing pen on the sheets when we turned down the comforter…. Meaning they weren’t changed. We ended up remaking the bed. The bathroom had a wad of gum on the floor, black mold on the ceiling, and brown stuff on the door. Worst place we’ve ever stayed.

The door to bathroom was broke, corners had dust and dirt build up. The water in bathroom dripped all day/night. The staff was friendly and beds mostly comfortable however we could never find staff at front seat and had to wait 10 plus minutes to get service when we were locked out of room. The hotel in general smelled stale and old smoke.

The staff was great. Rooms were clean. Mattress on bed had springs showing. Motel said they would give us a discount on room and thank us for letting them know. Other than the mattress the stay was great.

First room we had had no working air conditioner along with it seemed a bit on the dirty side. Second room we got was dirty. Someone had even wrote on the window with their finger. Ewww clean me.

Hotel carpets need a good deep clean. i expected more staying in a 1 bedroom suite , AC in the main room didnt work , (ended up fixing it myself) , was told maintenance didnt work on weekends, witch doesnt make since as the weekends are the most Busiest, definitely spend your money at a better hotel

This hotel was a big disappointment. We have visited another La Quinta hotel else where and they were great. But this place was horrible. First room they gave us 302 had very questionable stains on the room lamps and bathroom door that looked like dried blood and splatters. We told the staff and said they knew about the stains that it was a known issue and claim they were food stains. Also the bathroom tub clogged, all they were able to do was give us another room. Also the pool room smells really bad and the hot tub looked disgusting.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was in terrible shape. The furniture was outdated and in poor condition. The remote control was absolutely disgusting, covered in grime.
The bathroom was horrendous, with mold spores all over the walls, making it a health hazard. I was so appalled by the state of the room that I seriously considered leaving the hotel the same night and driving my family 8 hours overnight to get back home.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an awful experience, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues.

The overall state of the hotel seems to be lacking in upkeep. There are stains on the carpet in the hallway and few employees overseeing general maintenance. Trash cans were overflowing at breakfast and items were not refilled when they ran out. The two air-conditioning units in our room did not work and there were no towels at the pool area for guests. One of these issues would not have been a problem, but the culmination communicated a disregard for the customers and their needs.

Mold in the bathroom. Ants in the hot tub. Non smoking property covered in cigarette butts everywhere. Grass and stickers overgrown in parking area. Property double charged multiple people including us as well. Breakfast area had a funny smell. Animal feces every few steps.

Got in late room was ready and adequate for our needs except that I really wanted a ground floor room and I thought that would happen short flight of stairs and a short walk, over all a nice stay and the pool wasn’t open long enough for my grandson to get in thanks
