Basic hotel, very clean, breakfast was basic and the same every day. Couple of reception staff friendly but some not so. Take own hairdryer.

Very clean and well presented hotel. Small hotel which never felt crowded. Lovely pool and breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice. Only slight downside was as we were leaving early (7am) when asked if we could have an early breakfast or at least some pastries this was not an option.

Our family (6 persons) had a very nice stay at Ca Mura. The Hotel is not crowdy and it has a nice pool. The location is perfect if you want to visit Gardasea, Gardaland or have a good meal in the evening. We can recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel just a short stroll into the town centre

Great stay, room v.nice and clean, breakfast was great. Good location close to Bardolino and only a 5 minute walk into town. Hotel is close to main road but set back far enough that traffic noise wasn't bothering us at all. Would definitely consider staying again if we're in the area.

Hotel was clean and staff were lovely. The pool and breakfast was great and all spotlessly clean there was a small bar to get snacks and drinks which was fab.

Small friendly hotel within walking distance of Bardolino centre. Modern clean rooms & good value for money. Varied & tasty breakfast. Only downsides were the sunbeds which would benefit from a cushioned base, hairdryer was a tube attached to the wall & useless & no tea or coffee making facilities, but they have a in room safe which is more useful. A pleasant stay & I would return.

The hotel comprises two buildings. Our bedroom was in the newer building, where reception is located, and was spacious, contemporary and comfortable. There’s a great pool, with sun beds and plenty of sun shades, in a large grassy and nicely planted walled garden. You can order food or drinks at any time. Breakfast was delicious! One of the best we’ve had on this trip around Lake Garda. Especially enjoyed the fruit compote with yoghurt, nuts and seeds.

Great location for the lake, ferries an bused. Nice pool very friendly English speaking staff. Well decorated room could do with a couple more pillows. Bikes good price to hire but could do with a bit of maintenance and have a pump readily available for the tyres.

Excellent hotel Our bed was a little firm for us and the pillows a bit flat but otherwise a great room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and garden towards the lake. Only a short walk to the town and lake side about 10 miniutes

Lovely small and friendly hotel. Rooms are clean comfortable and modern, having a fridge is also handy. The gardens and pool area are immaculate with plenty of sunbeds and shade. Breakfast is superb with plenty of choice. Staff were amazing, always happy to help and were friendly too. Bardalino is a short walk away and has a great choice of restaurants. Thanks for a lovely holiday, we would love to return one day!

We had booked two nights. When we arrived we were informed that there was a problem with our booking (related to their systems) and we should have to change room after first night. We opposed to that but was left no option but to change. on the day of change we tried to get in contact with the reception in the morning to ask about what time we should move, but they were busy on the phone for a long time and could not interrupt to talk to us. So when we came back to our hotel room at 12 noon they had packed our bags including toiletries etc. We got really upset by this and complained. Their answer was that check out time was at 11 am. We tried and tried but couldn't get them to understand that their check out time does not matter since we were not checking out - we were forced to change room. Besides, they were too busy to talk to us in the morning when we were about to ask. And, the room we had to move to wasn't ready at 12 noon when we ourselves carried our bags over to the other house where the new room was. We wouldn't reccomend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Beautifully decorated with tasteful modern furniture. Exceptionally clean . Very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Swimming pool & garden perfect for restful afternoons . Close to centre of town with many restaurants. Plenty free parking in grounds. On busy main road so some noise but not a problem for us.

Lovely hotel, recently renovated to a high standard, friendly helpful staff, we were made very welcome. Great location, 5 minute walk to Lake Garda which is breathtaking, exceptionally clean and cared for hotel, lovely pool, would not hesitate to return.

Ideal location for touring on the cycle and by car. The cable car is a must at Malsicene. We also liked the aqua park and theme parks and enjoyed the medieval banquet.

I can't fault the staff or cleanliness of the hotel in anyway - they speak good English and are very accommodating. They have a good selection of inflatables for use in the pool. Breakfast offered a vast spread of cakes, bakeries, cereals, bread, fruit, cold meats/cheese etc. Not so much hot breakfast food on offer but this wasn't an issue given the hot climate! Although the menu was quite sparse for lunch/dinner, the food was fine and prices on a par with restaurants. They also offer beach towels to rent for 3€ per person which I found was far better than taking up valuable luggage space. My only negative is the fact that the photos were obviously taken a few years ago and aren't quite reflective of the hotel facilities as they are now. For example, there's no whirlpool/jacuzzi anymore and although there's playground items in the front and back gardens, they could probably do with some upgrading (not that my children noticed). Other than that, I may have chosen a hotel that wasn't right on a main road with small children as its still about a 10 min walk to the main hub which is a fair trek in the height of summer with little ones. On the plus side though was the fact that there's a large supermarket virtually next door to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful break and very close to all the main theme parks - 4 miles.

This is family run hotel , where we found all staff to be friendly and helpful. All receptionists spoke excellent english. The breakfast was very good. Our room had airconditioning , being relatively spacious, very clean and in very good condition. Some may find the bedroom decor to be very slighly dated in design, but this is only a minor point.The bed was king size and very comfortable. No outside noise disturbance at night so we had peaceful nights sleep ( we were positioned at the rear of the hotel so can't comment on the front rooms) .It was only a five- ten minute stroll to the town centre and restuarants. When compared with the other hotels at the resort at the time of our visit, I believe the hotel to be excellent value for money. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Ideal location - about a 5 minute walk to the lake and ten minutes along the beautiful lakeside to the many bars and restaurants. The staff in the family run hotel couldn't do enough for you and were friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the garden where you could have breakfast was delightful. The breakfast was extensive and catered for everybody's taste. The staff created a very warm, family atmosphere and we would recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to go back - hopefully soon!
