Super convenient location，next to Plaza Mayor yet quiet at night. the lady in reception desk was very friendly，not only gaving us 2 days free parking，also led us to parking place herself. will definitely recommend this place.

Bed was horrible, very small and absolutely nothing like the photos posted on this site. I booked a room with two twin beds and was given a room with one very small double bed. Only one staff member spoke English well enough to communicate and she was only there during check in. She was really lovely. Parking right next door in underground garage and prime location next to plaza. The room was so small and not what the photos showed !!! We actually left a day early to a different hotel with better beds

This was my second time staying at the property. Everything went well and now I know that what I thought was too much cologne on the front desk staff is actually the room deodorizer! Please switch to something less intense. Muchas gracias!

I requested a queen bed as offered but did not receive it. The comfort room does not match the picture online. There is only a shower no bath tub. The room I was given looks exactly as the single room and not the comfort room. The air conditioning does not stay cold. At night it accumulates heat, open the "patio" door to let cool air in.

It’s a friendly non-corporate hotel in an old building but with modernised rooms

I had to extend my stay and the staff was wonderful in accommodating my needs. I was able to work from my room and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Will definitely stay there again!

The Zenit Imperial was a perfect hotel. It was a great value for the price, the location was amazing and my little dog was welcome. The staff was extremely helpful, as so many others have shared. We only wish we could have stayed more than one night. A note for those driving: it is possible to drive up to the front door, located on Calle Peso, to unload and load your stuff. Parking nearby at the Plaza Mayor was easy to find and a very short walk, about €20 per day. It was only €13 at Poniente parking garage but it was full when we arrived.

Charming old period decor and in keeping with the old building and surrounding area. Efficient and friendly management and staff. Central location to visit Valladolid. Good breakfast. And good restaurant for lunch too.

I like this hotel a lot and would recommend everything about it. The location is wonderful - just off the Plaza Major - and the room I had was very comfortable. Overall the rating I would give is 9/10. The only item I would isn't top quality is the breakfast - there could be more choice, but that is a minor quibble. The decor is stylish and the manager Roberto gives all visitors a great introduction to the city and what to see and do. The map provided by the hotel is brilliant and accurate in every detail - even I didn't get lost.

Great location, good for city stay

The location is excellent, couldn't be better. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is modest, I suppose that it is the accepted in the area. The rooms with the windows to the street/outer windows are really loud, especially during the weekend, so if you are looking for more quite stay ask for the inner room.

The hotel was next to the Plaza Mayor and close to everything. Great restaurants and all types of shopping. Also a pretty good breakfast.

Wonderful hotel right next to Plaza Mayor but very quiet, beautiful old building tastefully decorated. The assistant manager, Roberto, sat me down when I arrived and talked me through all the major sites in the city, and recommended his favourite places to eat. This hotel is very well-priced for its high standard!

Roberto gave a great and knowledgeable welcome to the hotel, explaining much of what there was to do around his clearly very beloved city. I visited Valladolid during the city party, and I really recommend doing the same.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Friendly staff on reception could give you all the necessary and useful information regarding the major sightseens and bars/restaurants in the city. Great location right in the city center, parking nearby. Everything that is needed for an independent traveller.

The hotel is very impressive. The minute you arrive you are greeted with friendliness and a smile. Then given a thank you for booking their hotel. Then an explanation of all the key sites and best eateries by Roberto. The room was very high quality. An extremely comfortable bed, large bathroom and luxurious fittings. The location is perfect. Thank you for being so friendly and welcoming to our little dog also.

The staff were extraordinarily informed about Valladolid's various sites and willing to provide plenty of information. They also provided me with an umbrella on a unexpectedly rainy day.

Classic hotel in perfect location, with extremely professional staff. A cut above most hotels. I cant believe there can be a better hotel than this in all Valladolid.I wish all hotels were this good, this atmospheric and this well located. Best hotel of my 30-hotel France-Spain trip.Can drive through pedestrian area to reach hotel and drop luggage - hotel staff will then take you and your car to nearby carpark for parking.

Greeting at check in was very friendly and informative about the city and surrounding facilities. Hotel is close to the river for walking, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is available at two very nearby underground parking areas. Breakfast was a little limited but quite sufficient.

Repeat stay. Excellent location, value for money excellent. Reception staff were very accommodating. Our room was too warm so they changed us immediately. Would repeat again.

What a fantastic surprise it was staying at this hotel in Valladolid on our way to the Algarve. The hotel is in an excellent location within steps of many wonderful tapas bars and restaurants. We were greeted warmly by the reception staff and later the assistant manager introduced himself whilst we drank coffee and advised the various sights in the city to visit and recommended a number of tapas bars. Having sampled a coupled of the tapas bars we enjoyed a very nice meal of excellent value in the hotel restaurant. Our bedroom was of a good size, comfortable and very clean. If we were travelling this way again we would definitely stay here.

Great place. Very kind service of the hotel manager. Just a few steps away of the Plaza Mayor without having the noise of downtown. Highly recommended.
