Beautiful hotel

Very clean, confortable. Very friendly. Very good bed. Breakfast well above average The restaurant next door was very good and reasonably priced. There is a bus into the centre of town but if you're visiting Perugia as a tourist, it's perhaps a little further out of town than is ideal.

Very good place to stay

Very nice place, about 10-15 minute drive to Perugia sites. Pool had just opened and was very cold (but my daughter still enjoyed it). Decent breakfast included. I would recommend.

Great hotel! Very clean and airy. Just 15 mins by car to nearby attractions- Perugia, Torgiano, Lungarotti winery! Very nice restaurant next door. Would stay again!

Business trip for 3 days. I liked the hotel, old style but clean. The staff at reception, breaksfast servers and others were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the air conditioner did not work and as it was humid and warm , I did not sleep well.

This hotel is a gem in an odd location. It’s surrounded by commercial area and a highway, but you don’t notice any of that while sitting by the beautiful pool/deck. And the rooms are huge! Ours had a massive walk-in closet, a loft for the kids and a huge patio overlooking the pool. We regretted only staying three nights. The staff are all tremendously courteous and friendly, greeting everyone with a smile. We would return in an instant (if it weren’t so darned far from home...)

Very clean room. The family room was spacious and had a nice separate area for the children. Perfect for a family. The pool had a shallow end so children swam easily and the breakfast was amazing.

This hotel is really nice and for the money is good value. We stayed in the new part of the hotel (the guesthouse) and it was lovely - the rooms are very modern and clean. The breakfast is brilliant there is so much choice and you have a proper coffee machine so you can choose between lattes, cappuccinos etc. There is free parking if you have a car. The pool is a really nice area to chill out in - the only thing we found strange here is that you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool, and you have to pay 3 euro's for the privilege - you also have to pay 3 euro's for pool towels. The bar area is nice and during the day you can get bar service to the pool - you do have a kettle in the room and tea and coffee is supplied but no milk, we had to ask reception for some which seemed a bit strange. The only thing I would say about the area is that it is very quiet - we went out for dinner one night at 9.30 and everywhere was either closed or closing. That being said we did have a lovely meal at the restaurant next door to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and polite too. If we went back to Perugia I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here both before and after our wedding in Torgiano. The staff were incredibly friendly, and upgraded us on both stays. After our wedding they welcomed us back and were so warm and friendly asking all about the wedding. We had a number of wedding guests staying with us who all enjoyed their stay also. The hotel is clean, well laid out, there is s very good spread for breakfast. There is underground parking which is great for keeping the car cool. The pool is clean and well maintained. Put only recommendation would be to bring a swimming hat as it is required for the pool, also there is no restaurant in the hotel for lunch, but there is a restaurant across the car park that is suitable for dinner. Overall a lovely, quiet and welcoming hotel.

Room was surprisingly larger than expected. They even went with a car to pick up a couple who were lost in their car!

The staff are great but the rooms are NOT soundproof. The people next door were talking and we could hear everything. If they were being loud we would have complained but it was obviously just a regular conversation. Needless to say we didnt sleep very well while our neighbors were talking.Breakfast was wonderful and the grounds were quite nice.The staff also recommended the restaurant next door and it was spectacular (a bit pricey).

This is a beautiful hotel. We were in the new part, they gave us a free upgrade. The breakfast was amazing, coffee was the best. There was so much selection of food. Definitely stay here.

nice location for a short 1-3 days stay when travelling around Umbia. wery good condition, nice design, lovely staff. brand new wing has been lately reconstructed.
