I had no maid service for two days…I contacted front desk on 2nd day and they said they would have someone stop by my room…no one showed. On next day, the same thing happened…I called front desk to let them know and person just said ok…I told him “wait till my review”. I had two people stop by at different times to get trash collected and new towels. I wasn’t impressed at all!!!

The staff was very kind. And they were around cleaning alot. The hotel itself is very run down, the ac was sooo loud. The room smelled wet and felt wet. There was a dog barking behind my room all night. The hotel is ridiculously priced for what we got. 170$ per night is not worth it. This hotel would be 40-70$ a night in omaha or des moines .. just because its basically in boji its expensive for what you get.

Blood on the sheets, looked like bed bugs but can’t really tell. crow bar looks like it pryed our door open. tried to ask for a refund but now the “manager” is not returning my call. had to get a different hotel for the night, this place was god awful.

Bathroom dirty, hair in the tub. no coffee in dining area, and no cups in the room for the coffee maker. We did not use the shower because it was dirty, and the sink faucet leaked.

Had to use a phone at the front desk to call someone to come check us in. Property didn’t feel secure, a residential driveway was the hotel parking lot. Latch lock was broken in room.

No hair dryer. TV kept getting fuzzy and shutting off. Put us in front of highway. Very loud with trucks. We were only ones on this property. Could of put us towards back. Awsy from traffic.

You can't beat the price at this property. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and staff is great. There are definitely areas that need some upgrade s, but overall it was great!

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub were shut down during our stay. Waffles cereal bagels and muffins for breakfast, coffee and juice.
Checkin guy was a little rude about service animal, but no issues after i provided ADA website information.
Overall would stay again, price was good for what was there.

The key cards didn't work properly.
The room was gross...there was a stain on the mattress all the way to the floor that could have been puke or coffee...unsure.
The ironing board was stained and lumpy. The iron itself was dirty inside and out. I almost stained the shirt I was ironing.
The parking was horribly small.
The floor in the building we were staying was on a slant.
When we went up to get the continental breakfast the lady behind the desk was watching us the whole time...it was unconfortable.
I should have taken pictures but I was just so mad at myself for booking there so I didn't want to.
Will definitely NOT be staying there again.

It was beyond their control and they did a good job, but it was a little difficult to access due to construction.

This is a decent budget stay, with a limited but good breakfast. The bedding and towels were clean. Our only issue was allergies within the older buildings. I also wish it was more clearly stated that this is a motel converted to run like a hotel, so you do go outside to get to many rooms. Overall, a decent stay and we had ample space for our family of 6 in the suites room option.

The inn was easy to access off the road; but we were put in a separate building area away from the main lobby. It was inconvenient to get ice for our use in the room and then had to either drive or walk across a very busy highway to access breakfast.

Things are a little worn but beds were comfortable. TVs didn’t work which was disappointing because we wanted to watch World Cup soccer.

Great option for families traveling to or through the Okoboji area. Our room was a 4 Queen bed suite. There were 2 Queen beds when you enter the room. The other 2 beds were in an upstairs area. The upstairs had their own air/heater, tv, closet and table with the beds. Breakfast was included and the nieces and nephews loved the pool and hot tub. They even wanted to swim there in the evening even after swimming in the lake for many hrs earlier in the day.

Large suite with plenty of room. Had a microwave and refrigerator which I appreciate because sometimes there's one but not the other. Provided towels and took out garbage daily. Small breakfast selection but we made do. Only conplaint the beds are so hard! Bring something if you have back pain.
