This was good hotel, it was clean and well kept. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Pool area was large and spacious with a great hottub and sauna area. The room was spacious and clean.

Great stay!!! Sunday morning my husband took a hot shower and set off the fire alarms, I really wish I got the man’s name working the front desk, but we called him and he came up had the firemen come and he was so calm and nice about everything. We then finished getting ready and went down for breakfast where a toddler was giving her mom a hard time. The same worker was down making more coffee and he turned on Twinkle Twinkle Little Star on his personal phone and placed it on the floor in front of the child. She then calmed down and sat and watched the song. He went above and beyond and I could tell he really enjoyed helping out.

Terrible odor in this hotel which may be from short term residents cooking. I checked out a day early. I’d stay away from this one.

Most everything was great, just some noise in the night from some thinner walls.

They didn't appear to care that amenities were not working. 3 times I mentioned the television was not working, the staff person on at the time acted as though they were having difficulty understanding that programming was coming in and out in the middle of shows. Ice for first floor rooms had to be gotten from courtesy desk (no public ice machine available). They told you upon arrival that staff was limited, and you had to request clean towels, and rooms would not be cleaned unless requested. Lastly, on the final day of my stay I discovered the "wake-up call" button, and the "guest services" button on the phone were not working. I had to ring at the courtesy desk for someone to give me a wake-up call so I could check out. The individual did not appear to be concerned that the telephone was not working. I would not recommend this hotel. ADA compliance existed only as a handicap parking place.

Really nice pool area!

The facility and the staff was good. The only issue that I had was that during breakfast, the eggs and potatoes were frozen still. Never was heated up. The waffle maker was not working due to the Spenser not being in place to pour the batter out. When grab a milk, the expiration date was back in June of 2024. I think that this should be addressed. I did mention to the front desk, but nothing seem to changed. So I went to McDonald’s to get a hot breakfast

When confronted with an issue staff were unprepared and did very little to assist. Basically to bad for you now go away. I will never stay at this hotel again. They did not even ask how my stay was at check out . I was told I would get a small refund on my stay but never received.

Outdated, locks broke and had a bad smell

This is a perfect property for a quick stay. Felt completely safe, clean and comfortable beds. Would come back again.

Tv didn’t work pool was down and jets in tub didn’t work in my room

Pool was closed, ice machine was broke, room door didn’t lock, toilet ran steady all night, refrigerator was very noisy. Milk was outdated in breakfast area.

When we first checked in, we found that the pool was closed, which devastated the kids. We were hoping to cancel or get a refund, but the front desk said that they could not help us due to us using a third party to book. Expedia said that they are working on this for us. We then later found that multiple doors around the hotel for entrance besides the main entrance were broken. When we asked about ice, we found that the ice machines around the hotel were broken and got ice from behind the desk from the worker. In our room before bed, we found that the TV cable box was not working, and the TV just said no signal the whole time. We had the front desk check it out, but they couldn't fix it. In the morning when we were getting ready to leave, we found that the shower did not work. The faucet worked, but there was no way to turn the shower on. Our best friends were staying at the same hotel and had almost all of the same issues. We will personally never be staying at this hotel again and are really hoping for some kind of refund of our stay.

Have stayed at othre AmericInn and other Wyndham Hotels and this did not come up to past standards. Sorry, just being truthful.

Hotel in terrible condition. Door readers rarely worked, pool was out of order, ice machines were all broke. Outdated to say the least. Avoid at all costs

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and when we went to check in found out that the pool was closed. They couldn't tell us when it would be open nor would they refund our room to try and stay somewhere else for the kids so they could swim. Also every single ice maker was broken. It was a bummer for sure!

Very disappointed. Pool closed for unknown reason. 2 ice machines in building but neither worked. 2 night stay. No one cleaned up the room which is not that terrible but thought someone would give a few new towels and toilet paper. The room was not very clean, again not terrible but made me question how long things had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Likely not return.

Very friendly

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to an early check in. Hotel could use some TLC overall with carpet in need of cleaning, walls in need of paint, and pool in need of a good scrub. The luggage racks were mismatched and broken. The hot tub was out of order. Our room had a broken stop on the tub and puke in the corner of the room.

Very clean and the best water pressure in a shower I’ve ever experienced, it was lovely! The pool was a nice size and the breakfast was decent. They did not have an ice machine but overall would still recommend!

Everything was awesome. The person at the front desk was able to get us in a little early. The only think that was notable was the sausage during breakfast. It looked like it was still alive, so that made me not want to eat it. Everything else has been spot on

The area was very quiet and safe. My hotel room was very clean. The continental breakfast was not good. The quality of the food was below average and the toaster wasn’t working.

Everything was good. The hot tub and pool were great and working. They're was just a musty smell in the room but everything else was great.

This hotel is old, dated and unclean. We only slept here before a flight out of ATW. We couldn’t wait to leave. It’s desperately in need of an overhaul. Look elsewhere if you want a clean place.

Other then the rude employee when we checked in everything was very nice

We stayed for a family event. The room was mostly clean but we found a bedbug on the sheet. The tv didn't work, it said no signal, the vanity light didn't turn on.

Upon arrival, there was a notice at check in desk stating pool closed until further notice. Was not aware ahead of time. No operating ice machine in building, asked desk and they went and got ice from gas station. Room door did not properly shut easily, had to basically slam it to engage latch. Alarms went off twice during our 3 night stay, one at 3am with the other in the afternoon day prior. No communication from desk employee. Bed was comfortable, water pressure excellent. Room was clean. Stairways not so much.
