This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed in a different apartment last time, which was amazing, which made our decisions to stay agian. My family were very excited and looking forward to stay again. Except unfortunately this apartment was so dirty and dated, it was in a BIG need of a spring clean. The beds were that old and extremely uncomfortable. The couch was ripped OLD and just made you feel dirty and itchy. The floor was sticky and covered in sand. You felt like you were about to fall through the dinning chairs. And there were cockroaches EVERWHERE!! Every time someone.had a shower they you would have about 10 roaches come up through the dirty drains. To be honest, we were contemplating going home early it was that uncomfortable. The resort it self is great, our kids loved it. Its close to everything,
Just this apartment was really dodgy, i dont think anything had ever been dusted or floors moped in a long time. Oh and the throw pillows were mouldy looking. To be honest i could keep going on and on how bad it was.

The stay was nice, spar didnt work, one of the 3 tv (kids corner) only played channel 7.
No sugar.
Besides that everything else was great.

Our villa was clean and a good size and convenient location as long as you have a car.
Our checkin email advised our villa would be available by 3pm. We arrived after 4pm and it was still being cleaned. I said we would hang by the pool to fill in time and could reception message when our room was ready. They said yes they could.... they didn't.
I advised reception that the dryer in our villa 121 kept stopping after about 5-10 mins regardless of how long I set it for. They said they would get maintenance to check it.... they didn't.
I could feel the springs in the mattress so had to remake the bed to put the topper on (which was in the wardrobe).
The lounge sank in the middle so was quite uncomfortable.
The cafe/restaurant was only open Thursday to Sunday which I understand, but we were there Monday to Friday so had to go out to eat every day.

Great facilities, wonderful for young families. Theres lots to do to keep the kiddos entertained. Close driving distance to shops and beautiful beaches.

A large place with 3 pools, tennis court and sauna. Lots of kids but was quite at night. Bus stop opposite which made it very handy but a short walk into Noosaville. Highly recommend if you have kids. Would stay again.

Loved all of the facilities it had to offer, we loved our 3 bedroom apartment. Only annoying thing was that the dishwasher didn't work properly and wifi was very terrible for the tv. It kept disconnecting and with a 3 yr old was understandably frustrating. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

A garage attached to the property to park, no actual parking outside. Difficult when Car is to big to fit in garage, other options for parking limited space to actually get into parking space.
First nights stay neighbours were very noisy at about 1-2am.

The resort is in a great area. The pools and recreation areas are great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Facility itself was well presented, when we arrived there were kids riding around the facility on motorbikes (on roads with in the grounds_) with no helmets on, I thought this was very dangerous & irresponsible this went on for quite a while and should have been shut down by the resort management, apartment was a great size for our family but could do with a clean up inside.

Great grounds; pools, trampoline and nice areas to explore. Maintenance in our room needed some attention however the staff was open to hear our feedback on this and I trust they will action. The room amenities were limited, and guests are request to attend reception for additional supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, body wash etc. It would have been convenient to have this supplied in the room based on the length of stay. Overall, value for money is good and the grounds of the resort and facilities are well kept. Parking was also free and convenient.

The cabin was cool and spacious and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Staff was very kind and responded immediately to any questions. We even got to leave our car in the guest parking another night during a tour. We just missed some basics like slightly better pans, a few more kitchen utensils and the laundry rack was very small. Wifi was not very strong but sufficient for the basics and cleaning likewise. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Great property with awesome staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be staying there again. Perfect for the grandkids and even though the resort was full it didn’t feel like it. Great place to go.

I loved the pool and the spa during those rainy days. We did get an upgrade on our booked appartement and had a wonderfull appartement poolsidev. Nothing was missed. We had all conveniences.

A few things were missing, the floors and teatowels were wet when we arrived and the plug to the kitchen sink didn’t work properly.
Other than that it was excellent, and we would stay again.

Had a great week’s stay at Ivory Palms Resort. Its definitely family friendly and is in a very convenient location for Noosaville shops and restaurants, staff were very helpful and all in all great value for money. The apartments are a little tired but very clean on arrival so didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment.

We enjoyed our short stay at Noosa. The accommodation was comfortable. Terrace to enjoy breakfast and pond life fab. Shower & laundry great. Kitchen not really set up for food prep. Late check was a challenge due to miscommunication but we eventually got in.
