One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I slept in too late to get breakfast, but the buffet looked good. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for Langley. Very friendly staff. The building does shake a lot when trains or a heavy truck goes by but you get used to it.

My husband and I were travelling from Vancouver Island. We had our two dogs along with us. It was nice being able to have a pet friendly room, so we could bring them into the hotel with us. The staff were welcoming and the other customers smiled at how well behaved our dogs were. It left me satisfied with my choice and stay.

We had a group booking (13 rooms for 26 people) to attend a conference and our group members gave a Good-to-Excellent overall rating for their 3 nights stay at economic price. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is convenient (close to restaurants, shopping, gas, etc) and centrally located to travelling to various cities in Metro Vancouver (Surrey, Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam), though a bit further from Vancouver downtown. We most appreciate the staff’s customer friendliness and responsiveness.

I was given room 103 which was next to checkin desk, main lobby seating area and elevators.
Noisy all the time! Seemed to go late and started again around 0800. People visiting and loudly talking immediately outside my door.
Terrible location for a room and at the price I am very disappointed and will not be back nor recommend this hotel.
Breakfast would have been nice except no seating available. Took a banana and yogurt to go.

My room was very dirty and the shower head exploded and hit me in the head when I was showering. Room smelled and I was right beside the front desk. So it was loud and the back of the room backed on a construction site

Check in was fast, reception is a bit dated but rooms themselves where modern, large and very comfy. Only issue was noise in the corridor at around 6.30am/7am, it was not from the guests but the cleaning staff talking loudly outside rooms.

We appreciated the conduct of staff, cleanliness of hotel, professionalism of all staff including cleaning staff, the care of the garden at entrance and the breakfast menu. Little tight on tables in breakfast area though.

The staff is very welcoming and while the hotelisin an industrial area, theplus to that is: quiet at night! Very close to many shops, restaurants, etc.
We were offered a great upgrade for a small fee which we enjoyed.
Where they could def do better: breakfast was straight out of Costco: reheated (microwaved?) sausage, egg cups, hash browns - all lukewarm; the most basic options for bread, little muffins, three types of cereals, yogurt, apples, bananas.
Better than nothing but there is a Tim Hortons next door if you want better.
