I loved my room with the big windows and four poster bed. The mattress was not so comfortable. the staff were very helpful. the location was great.

My wife and I had 5 nights with bed and breakfast, just before Easter season had really started. From the outset, the staff were really helpful in indicating car parking availability (anywhere on the street provided no yellow lines or blocking a garage or entrance, or in the designated parking areas near the main bus stop). On arrival, Joana provided local information and showed us to our room. We understood that the hotel had reopened the previous week after the winter hibernation and Pollenca itself was generally quiet and free from Easter tourists (but there were many cyclists!) The room was spacious and all that we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, shower and bath fine and WiFi strong. Breakfast was excellent with a choice which suited us: cereal, yoghurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, cold meats and cheeses, coffee, omelette, pastries. Plenty of restaurants, within 5 minutes walk, for lunch and/or evening meal and a nice ice cream parlor in the square for a cheap dessert! Would definitely recommend to others who prefer small, quiet, more intimate hotels (7 rooms). Thankyou. Stuart & Sarah

The staff at hotel Juma could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so they gave us a tray with fruit, croissants and thermosflasks with coffe in the room as the breakfast room would not be open. There is no parking in the center of town so a bit of a walk from the carpark. Our stay was before high season but still plenty going on in the town.

Wonderful staff, wonderful location, maybe my favourite town in all of Spain. very nice air conditioned rooms with lots of space. Good breakfast with wide variety of food. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed an 8 day stay at this well positioned hotel. Staff were excellent and the rooms comfortable with air conditioning a necessity in the August sun. Its a great place to stay to venture out to many of the northern parts of the Island although you will need a car. Parking is a problem but once you have located the public car parks which are a few hundred yards away it is OK.

Hotel Juma has a great location in plaza major. On Sunday mornings when the market is on you can sit and have a leisurely breakfast and watch the hectic market all around you which is really fun. It is an old hotel (built 1907) and is full of character. There are great views from the solarium on the roof.

Although the accommodation at this Hotel is fairly basic the cleanliness is exceptional and views from roof top are breathtaking, The lovely Pollensa square where the hotel is situated is very busy and lively however the shutters in the bedrooms block out most of the noise at night. The Hotel is quaint, well situated and offers an excellent breakfast choice, which includes a cooked breakfast if requested. The weather was extremely hot during our stay and the only thing lacking in the hotel was provision of a fridge, even a small one to store a few drinks would have helped, we had to keep asking the bar staff for ice which was a little embarrassing.

Could not have been at a better location, right at the plaza mayor in Pollença. Ask for room 203 - the only one with a balcony to the square. We were lucky enough to get it randomly, and it made the whole stay a lot more special. The breakfast is delicious and served at the square - delightful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Juma Hotel. The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would give an extra thanks to Joana Vives for upgrading us and making our stay more pleasurable. The hotel location is prefect. Its right in the middel of the city square with lots of restaurant right on the footstep of the hotel.

The Place is really nice and central with good views of the square. Really enjoyed the stay.

I had a lovely room with a view to the Puig Santa Maria. Very central, but quiet at night (except for the bin lorries first thing in the morning).

The staff was extremely helpful with our early departure. A food tray was sent the night before as we had a 6:30 Taxi ride to the airport.

Place is fantastic. It is located in the center of pollenca which is very continence for food and shopping.

Wonderful stay in a traditional Spanish hotel. Fabulous location, great breakfast and wonderful hot tub on the roof! Well Worth a visit, we'll definitely be back!

Small hotel with good class resturant in the the main square serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals, 10% discount if you are resident of the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Great position looking into the square.

Very clean nice hotel with good shower, roof terrace and a nice lounge area with good wifi. Nice simple breakfast but doesnt start until 8.30. Bed wasnt particularly comfortable, and only a double (not king), and the room a bit small. Theres no fridge in the room either. Good for a few days but would struggle for a longer stay as 2 of you are always in each others way.

Weekend away with friends, staying at Hotel Juma for one night. Lovely position, right in the middle of Pollensa, so convenient for restaurants, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sun terrace a good spot for views and a drink, and rooms basic but clean and tidy. Will be back I'm sure!

Beautiful hotel which the owners have improved since last year adding a great roof terrace with some garden furniture, hot tub (not heated, nice to cool down in during the day) and fabulous views. Slight downsides are no fridge in the room, and the bed in the only double room (the others are twins) is very springy - every time my husband turned over I was woken up. That aside, the hotel is very well decorated, immaculately clean and smells devine, would definitely stay again.

Clean, airy room with spotless ensuite facilities. Hotel centrally positioned on small main square, Placa Major. Staff friendly and helpful, particularly the hotel manageress. Lovely breakfasts outside on the terrace. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very elegant little hotel in the heart of Pollensa. We were lucky to have a top floor room with a small balcony and views over the rooftops to the Puig de Maria. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location right on the square, nice for sitting out with a drink and people watching. The staff, expecially receptionist and bar waiter, were very helpful and friendly. Our room and ensuite were kept spotlessly clean during our stay. Would like to have had tea making facilities in room, but maybe that is just a personal thing. Breakfast was plentiful and filling, not sure about the chocolate cake though, nice at other times but not as part of breakfast! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
