Fabulous hotel and staff couldn’t do enough to help. The only minor downside was the pool sun shades that need urgently updating.

The hotel is well laid out, quiet, and within comfortable walking distance of the shops and restaurants of corralejo. The Pool and facilities are good, and it is a good spot to base yourselves from to explore locally, and also for excursions etc. As you can eat main meals in the restaurant as a walk-in diner (and so see how you feel on the day), we would not go half-board again, but this is a personal preference and not a reflection of the hotel.

Excellent hotel - thoroughly recommend. Decent and well maintained rooms and no issues with noise. Good size and clean pool and plenty of lounge chairs (never more than half occupied) and of course quiet .....being adults only. Very helpful staff

The hotel is quiet and I crowded. Even though it was full there was no hassle about getting su bed. Rooms overlooking the pool were spacious and have terrace/balcony. The staff are seriously impressive….nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Great hotel, quiet, nice, comfortable, relaxing and in the town center, just a few minutes from Corralejo dunes. The staff is super friendly and helped me a lot during my stay, specially Alejandro and Oswaldo. Alejandro gives also very good advice to visit the island. Best option in Corralejo if you want to relax in a nice environment. The food is also good.

Hotel,staff and location excellent , not enough sun loungers so last day didn’t have a lounger all day , first day went for lunch got back and towels and belongings were removed from loungers and placed on concrete wall was told could only leave loungers for 30 minutes, didn’t see them do this to anyone else left a bad taste would not go back.

This is a top quality hotel in an excellent location. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The glass of cava on arrival & taking our bags ahead to our room was a lovely touch. The rooms themselves are all outside on little separate floors. The rooms themselves are spacious, very clean & modern. The restaurant was a la carte which was new for me, as I usually like to go round the buffet & see what there is on offer but having my dinner cooked to order was a nice change. The choice was good & catered to all diets but maybe a change in menu every couple of days would be good, so you're not reading the same choices over and over. The breakfast choice however could be better. Again you could have your cooked breakfast made to order but there could be more available than a sausage & bacon with an egg. More fresh fruit, cereals like porridge & pastries & breads with a bigger supply of meats & cheeses would elevate it. The cocktails were fab and a brilliant price at €6. The swimming pool was being repaired so unfortunately didn't get to use it but could've used the sister hotel across the road if I wanted. I only got to experience the spa once but what I experienced was good. Just a quick point about safety though. It rained a couple of times during the night so in the mornings it was a little wet and as the rooms are outside, the pavement was wet & slippy with standing water, it could've been very easy to fall. But overall a brilliant time thank you

Although we didn’t use the pool during our short stay it did show signs of the lining coming away at various point on the bottom. Apart from that we couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff who were amongst the most helpful we have ever encountered.

Service was great, everyone working in the hotel was super helpful and very friendly. The state of the pool was disappointing for a new 4-star hotel, the paint was peeling off and the bottom of the pool is coming away. Very ugly! The state of the rooms is not luxury, nice size but I requested a pool view but there was a big fat tree right in front of the view so that was a waste of money... VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS. Sun loungers are packed together very tightly, not much personal space! The photo's on Hotels.com are probably from when they first opened, a lot of the building and beds are sun-bleached so don't look as new as the photos. Within the first hour of visiting my shower flooded the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom and the hairdryer did not work but they quickly sorted this out, however not the greatest start to my holiday. Location of the hotel is great, very lovely area and nice walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and the harbour. Lovely little treat of a bottle of cava in my room for my birthday too, Thankyou H10! Overall, not the standard I would usually accept from H10 hotels as I've stayed with them before but I had a nice relaxing time other than the above issues.

The beds were incredibly bigger than usual this was lovely and made for excellent sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will return

Excellent adults only hotel, al a carte menu could do with being changed regularly.Only complaint was too much food was served cold, the hotel worked on this and after 3 poor days the food was a lot hotter.Excellent staff, nice suite/pool.

Very quiet property, and lovely and clean. Reception staff were lovely, but bar staff could be a little nicer. Other than that, it was a relaxing break, in close proximity to lots of bars and restaurants

We were attracted to the Adults only aspect as other people's children are their problem and we don't want to see or hear them. The average age of the guests was 70's I would guess. The hotel is very clean and well presented. The room was fresh and bright with everything one would expect. The TV has very few channels in English except for the News channels. The spa was basic and the steam room was out of order and looked like it had been that way for a while. At €5 a visit per person it was cheap but really only consisted of a hydro pool and sauna. The gym was free but again very basic. Our overall experience was good and it's easy to find little things wrong with every hotel. Staff were polite and helpful, and we will definitely use H10 again. Fuerteventura is very clean and well organised. We hired a car and toured the island which is really worthwhile as it has stunning open spaces, hills and beaches.

Generally an excellent hotel especially the a la carte evening meals. Friendly staff, no hassle, great shower, comfy bed. Cleaner stingy with coffee pods!

One of the best hotel in Corralejo ! We definitely recommend this hotel ! The room was so comfortable and clean ! The employees are so welcoming and helpful ! The food was delicious ! We had a really good time there and we would like to thank yoi everybody and especially Diana from the animation team for her smile and kindness

Wonderful hotel very comfortable, food fantastic.

I would recommend this hotel for an extremely pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious with every facility from a large screen TV, twin basin bathroom with walk-in rain shower and bathroom amenities. The Nespresso coffee machine is a novel idea and a stocked mini-bar. Two pool towels are supplied and can be changed when required. The staff were all efficient and friendly and the area was spotlessly clean. N.B: Our standard room was in the rear block up two steep slopes (or high rise stairs), so be aware of this if you have mobility problems. We were not asked or told this when booking.

I had booked this hotel for a night's stay but on arrival was told that due to a burst pipe a number of rooms were unavailable. However they organised an upgrade in their sister hotel across the street,the Ocean Suite. I must say how good the staff were in dealing with this and how friendly, helpful and efficient everyone was in the Ocean Suites

Far enough away from the shops, bars and restaurants but a short walk away and you are in the Main Street. The hotel is of a great standard, staff are excellent and service second to none
