Our Visit was not a vacation , My husband was having surgery the next morning at 5am. Your hotel was 5 min. away which was good for us.

Very nice friendly staff easy check in

Hotel was clean and neat and had people doing stuff all the time in the common areas. Asked for room away from elevator so it would be quiet and they put us next to a mechanical room. No storage room buffer in between just right next to it so we got to listen to the mechanical eq. everytime the a/c fan went off. Breakfast included was terrible, pancake machine didn't work right, sausage was like shoe leather, the egg omelettes cheese was not melted, raisin bran was stale but the bacon and scrambled eggs were good the day before. The room was clean, bed not that comfortable but had nice pillows. The bathroom needed new caulk. There was signs of some recent upgrades including new vinyl floors in the room instead of carpet, the rest was old. Asked for late check out because of a later flight out and only got 1 hour past check out time. Pool looked clean. Housekeeping came around 11 am and my husband was still asleep, she never came back. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. As other hotels are cutting back this hotel still has frig, microwave, and in room coffee - that was a plus.

My stay was not bad I found this on hotels.com. the major problem that I had with the hotel was it said it was in Spring Hill but realistically Spring Hill is down the road about 6:00 to 10 miles. So everything that you wanted to do was there on the strip but it was not in the location that it was led to believe. The girl at night was especially friendly as everybody else was okay I really did not interact with them. Breakfast was great I just wish they had been left a little bit longer. Being in client services it definitely was a very nice interaction

Clean and updated . Great breakfast , friendly staff . Only noticed small water damage in bathroom . Tub shower combo isn’t updated . Everything else was very nice and clean
