Construction in front of hotel. Walls were paper thin…. could hear next rooms conversation. No toilet paper in room.

The outlet in the bathroom did not work, the curtains were missing a panel, the wood piece over the window was literally falling off, the tub dripped constantly and there was mold in the shower.

Freezer has thick ice. Needs to be defrosted. Noticed ants on top of air conditioner. There was unemptied trash (extra large drinking cup in it) in the bathroom.

This is the worst place I have ever tried to stay. We didn’t even stay 30 minutes we left the keys and got another room at a different hotel. Stains on the bed and stains all over the toilet

Its a great location and attentive staff, however, the room felt very humid, sticky to where our clothes were kinda damped. You need to have the ac super cold so the room cannot feel humid. Other than that, nice place with good breakfast.

Upon arrival the desk clerk was extremely friendly and courteous. Our room was very mildewy smelling and the toilet had brown stains under the commode bottom. We had to spray some room deodorizer and turn on the a/c to get the room smelling fresh. I just clean the toilet lid. The ice machine was broken on our floor so we had to go down to the first floor for ice. Overall I rate this hotel as a 4.

It was a so-so room. It was clean, but there was some damage to the room.Lamp shades missing, broken sink, valance falling down... Breakfast wasn't bad. Some exterior card locks broken, causing folks to wedge doors open for easier access. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep for a couple of nights. Service was good when we needed anything.

I felt this property was ran down and dirtier than I would like to stay in. Especially with the prices we pay to stay.

At best it was just okay. Way too expensive for the level of quality. Lobby and breakfast area could use a good cleaning and the elevator was nasty. Our room was fine, nothing special. Staff were friendly.

Rooms and hallway are not well ventilated on a regular basis. Hallways smell of mold too. The creamer on the breakfast room was expired since September last year.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. That’s about all. The pool was closed the whole time for maintenance but other people there that have been staying a while working construction in the area said the same sign has been on the pool for over a month. The property was dirty and was not properly cleaned the two days we were there. There were chips that were all over the floor in our hallways for two days straight and never got cleaned. The elevator was gross and dirty with hair and all kind of other stuff on the ground. The shower in our room was dirty and dripping water. We had to clean it ourself before we or the kids could even use it. Went to make coffee and there was hair on the counter beside the coffee maker and an old used coffee filter with grounds still in the coffee maker. No telling how long it had been there. Pretty much the only thing this hotel has going is the front desk man and woman that were very pleasant and helpful.

The website stages this hotel as if it’s a good quality, but it’s overpriced for what you actually walk into! There were bugs in the bathroom, the tub/shower was rusted around the drain and in other places. The sink had a large crack inside of it and the staff wasn’t very present. I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s family owned because there were kids in the area behind the check in desk. Also, the pool was inaccessible and it looked dirty. I won’t be staying here anymore and wouldn’t advise anyone else to either unless there aren’t any other options. Pay the extra $10-$20 and go somewhere else!

Lobby and halls were hot and no a/c. The front desk clerk was nice and polite. The breakfast area was also hot. I don't know how anyone could eat in that area comfortably.The elevator was sketchy and wasn't sure if it would break down while you were in it. As soon as we walked in our room it had a fowl oder in the front part of the room. Once you walked past the bathroom to the beds you didn't smell it anymore. The beds, bathroom and room was clean. The bathroom sink looked like it was about to fall down any moment. The bathtub faucet constantly was dripping water. Room a/c was ok, as long as you stayed by the beds. The closer you got to the door or went into the bathroom it was very warm like the hallway. I will not be returning to this location.

Booked a hotel that had a fitness room and pool. This locations pool was green and unkept. The room claimed to be the fitness room had one elliptical that was nonfunctional and a weight machine which was broken in a third floor storage sized room with no tv or AC. The room was ok but the common areas on second and third floors had a bad smell. The woman working the breakfast area stepped outside to “vape” every 10-15 minutes right next to the door then came back in and touched the breakfast containers. No hand washing. Gross. Not worth the money and wouldn’t stay again.

The hallways smelled like a horse stable and wetness. Roaches roamed everywhere. The food was horrible & I got sick from it. The bed sheets were stained with pink stains on the very first day, like they didn't change them after the last guests. The furniture was torn as well as the refrigerator. The shower curtain was too short and water would come out every time it was used. The window blinds were torn. The pool had not received maintenance in years and was moldy and with algae. The only elevator was a maintenance elevator, super scary! It was like a nightmare from like a horror movie!!! They did not clean the room once and our trash piled up, i would not recommend at all, I'm surprised they're in business still!!! I would like my money back.

This is not a property that is maintained to a standard of excellence. The A/C didn’t cool us very well, it made a sound that changed constantly. The whole facility has a musty smell. It is definitely in need of an overhaul and updating.

The room was comfortable and beds were ok but the hotel itself the hallways were hot and smelled musty the ac probably wasn’t working but it was hot and the pool looked disgusting my kids couldn’t and didn’t want to go swimming so we went across to Hampton inn their pool was nicer so the price for one stay was not worth the stay overall if they would give me my refund on the stay I would take it but it is what it is
