the hotel was amazing! 10/10 would recommend but i will say the one downside was the parking situation.

Overall a nice hotel and staff. There was an extra fee $20 “amenity fee” per night which is annoying but not a big deal. The breakfast was outrageously expensive. We did their breakfast buffet for two which was $30 per person for a luke warm continental style breakfast. It was nothing special. Then to get billed almost $80 for just the breakfast (tax and service charge were an additional $20) is ridiculous. $80 for breakfast for two people!

The people are excellent. They are doing the best they can in spite of the construction. All the reasons I booked this hotel - the cool spaces, outdoor space, views, etc. - were unavailable due to the renovations. I wish I knew this when booking. Feels like I got baited and switched.

They are in the middle of a rebranding so with that, some of the exterior and the main floor lobby are all under construction. Saying that, I had a very pleasant stay, staff were lovely and helpful, the room was immaculate - spotlessly clean etc. There is no construction noise outside of the usual business hours, but even at that, I can't say it was loud at all and I was right above the exterior/outdoor site. Location is great. Parking was easy as you can self park or do valet parking.

We stayed over the 4th of July due to proximity to fireworks and some older reviews stating fireworks were visible from the room. They have since built a large apartment building across the street which blocked any view. Area was safe and walkable and the Whole Foods is steps away. The room was just OK and looked a little tired. This hotel could do with some updates. I recommend requesting a room on an upper floor as there was quite a bit of noise from a restaurant on the lower level.

The rooms were great as was the service. However, the breakfast that we were invited to by text was an issue. We were under the impression that it was included with our room. There is no way we would have paid $25 for milk carton eggs and a couple of pieces of bacon had we known.

Loved the hotel! I had a hard time deciding which hotel to pick and if it was in a safe area. Pan Pacific was in a great location, the entrance had its own little plaza with shops and the very bottom floor was a Whole Foods! Great if you want to save a few bucks on breakfast.
Only thing I could possibly complain about was the toilet paper. It had the texture of sand paper (exaggerating but it was really bad!) Easy fix! I won’t hesitate to stay here again!

We love the hotel but the only thing we didn’t like very high price for parking self parking $43 & belle parking $63. They have sign saying 12 hours belle parking be $43 & I asked her do we have to pay $63 or $44 cuz we were leaving early morning in less then 12 hours & she said when you park overnight will be $63. I don’t know why they have sign 12 hours belle parking for $43

The hotel was fine. Bed was comfy, rooms are spacious although outdated.
Check in was a mess. We first got a key that didn’t work, then were given a key to a room that clearly someone else was occupying as their bags were in the room when we entered. Finally we got in our room on the third try.
There was no one answering for room service when we tried that in the morning (during open hours) so we ended up doing DoorDash instead which I imagine was better food for a better cost.
They seemed understaffed and were more focused on pouring wine for customers than checking people in.
The valet was great!!
It was a fine experience but would not stay here again.

Our stay was an excellent experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice, clean room. Delicious restaurant and room service. Valet service was so helpful and provided a ride to the pier. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Seattle.

Our one-night stay at Pan Pacific Seattle was fantastic! Particularly, the fact that you can take a bath in the soaker tub and open up the sliding "window" doors to watch a movie which was a bonus perk after a long day out on my feet! Our room was ready early and parking was very easy to sort out especially with it being attached to a Whole Foods. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!

It was in need of renovation. The window coverings were falling apart due to sun exposure and all other finishes were dated. Bathroom sink had a crack through the center of the basin.
