This place is definitely amust if your going to Apollo bay, loved everything about my stay here.
The only issue i had was that i just didnt want to leave.

A beautiful property with wonderful hosts. Bed was great, tub was wonderful, but a bit long for me. I loved the cozy robe. Breakfast in a lovely breakfast room was very good.

Anna and Douglas have created an absolute gem here. We were blown away by their welcome. The room was positively palacial - better than many international 5* hotels I’ve stayed in. Sunday breakfast in the immaculate dining room was a real treat. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A delightfully quiet and extremely well maintained property. Spacious rooms with everything you could possibly need. Anna and her team were so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect as it’s in the heart of town but not on the main road. An amazing breakfast spread. The only regret is that we didn’t have time to stay longer. Will definitely be staying there when back in that beautiful part of the world (:

“Loft” accommodation suited our group well. Bedding arrangements comprise of King beds so could be a little challenging when accommodating a family with older siblings.

Highly recommend The Loft - very comfortable for 2 friends travelling the Great Ocean Road. Only suggestion would be a knife to cut the lime for a G&T - the Gin having been bought from local brewery also highly recommended! The breakfast was fantastic - all very good value and lovely experience.

Duncan and Anna were excellent hosts. Made excellent recommemdations for nearby attractions. Wifi was great. Location was good for moving around. And fabulous full breakfast in the morning!

We booked the accommodation ard 6pm to stay on the same day due to change in plans. Duncan was very kind to wait for us to arrive. The room was very spacious and clean. Location is very near to the cafes nearby. Will stay here again definitely.

I stayed at Captains at the bay for a night while on my trip on the great ocean road. I had booked the B&B after reading the reviews and I must say that the reviews do full justice. Our stay in the terrace room was exceptional with no complaints. It was clean and modern and had all the facilities. Private courtyard was like icing on the cake. I would come back here any day ! Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Great friendly check in provided by Duncan, with great local tips provided for the area. Close to the main area of Apollo Bay for shops/restaurants. Lovely, well furnished rooms and good selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts are so kind & friendly. Room is spacious & breakfast is very good. It’s excellent that designated parking space is allotted to each room. Our parking space is just outside the room, super convenient.
